I am reviewing the Real Estate school that they have here. I recently completed my training . I joined their class of April 2019. Trust me , I was very hesitant about doing this class, and wanted to drop out the first day itself. I am glad I didn t! It turned out to be splendid class. Friendly knowledgeable instructors who hold NOTHING back as they pour their knowledge (and hearts) out and make learning not only easy but very enjoyable too. These teachers are not just plain instructors but vastly successful Realtors! They know what they teach. By the end of the second week when the class folded up, I had made many friends and was sad the class was ending! Yup. It was that good. Thank you Octavio. A very special thanks to Ronn Douglas, and I also would like to thank ones from Escrow and lending departments who took time out to come and address us students and share their valuable knowledge and advice. I know it s kind of counter intuitive that I m writing this and (potentially) creating more competition , but I listened to my conscience. These guys are awesome and they richly deserve an ab applause for their effort. My two thumbs way up for them. I felt I BELONGED there. So great is the atmosphere. If you are looking to buy or sell (or become a RE agent), this is the right place to be. These guys are truly amazing

Ernest Wilson is a dishonest man posting a buisness space for $550 and raising the price to $575 when I showing interest. He used craigslist to bait me in and told me he is a church man but when i caught him in his act now he will not respond to my calls or text. I am a wise business man and because he was not able to take advantage of me he backed down so if you do buisness with Century 21 just avoid Ernest don't believe his bull talk to someone else. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I would recommend that you steer clear of this establishment !!! We ran into a friend . She was down on her luck. She asked us if she could rent a room at our house. We told her that we are planning on selling our house and she could stay until we sold the house. She agreed. She told us that she worked for century 21 yarrow and associates. So, we set up an appointment to have our house looked at. The realtor from century 21 yarrow and associates came out. She made many recommendations. She told us to paint the house, replace flooring, install granite countertops, and many other things. We said thank you ,but no thank you. We decided on another more professional establishment. We sold the house the first day it was put on the market ! We were so happy until the employee from century 21 yarrow and associates that we took in, and her children, told us that we needed to pay her $3500.00 to leave. She was told in the beginning that when we sold the house , she had to leave. she then told us that she has done this several times before. We were told that the agent from century 21 yarrow and associates that was sent to the house was her sister. Sounds like a scam. Move in for 2 months, and charge the poor homeowner a $3500.00 fee to leave the house. What poor morals. To me , this is a reflection of how this business runs. It may not be century 21 yarrow and associates fault, but employee such as these are bad for business !!!! Oh, without mentioning any names, the employee works the front desk. Great first impression ! I personally don't trust this company due to a couple bad apples. I think it is time to reevaluate your employees that represent your company !!!!!!! The one who looks like humpty dumpty !!!!

I enjoy being a tenant with this company they take care of business. Very professional. And the floor is beautiful at this office.

The realtor was willing to work but didn't know much. I wound up having to pay for most of the home warranty. And she had no interest in showing me any additional homes. I got a bad loan at a very high interest rate using her recommended company.

If i can give less then a start to this company i would defenetly would we asked for help to sell our property this month 9/2018 and they agreed and all that well they where not doing much to sell my property so i called realtor tried to cancel and then they said i couldnt cause i was on a 3 month contract i called my realtors broker i aske him to pls cancel we dont want to sell our house he says we cant cancel so i ask to release the right to rent with out any conditions and he says yes then i call back and denys worst company ever if someone dosent want to work with ur company just cancell shoot they wont sell anyway so ur contract will be over in 3 months and then i can do whatever i qant with my property so either way ur not doing anything so y not let us cance
