We have been dealing with Century 21 The Harrelson Group for many years, specifically Wendy Howard. Wendy is a top-notch real estate agent. Wendy has been involved in several real estate transactions for us, both buying and selling. In January 2019, Wendy closed two deals for us. When selling our patio home, she took extra effort to ensure that the house was sold so we could purchase a new home. She held open houses nearly every weekend, and if she wasn't able to do it, she found someone else to do so. After every open house or showing, she provided us with immediate feedback. After Hurricane Matthew, Wendy went to our house to check it out, and cleaned debris off the patio and found a neighbor to help move the grill that had blown over! Never have we had such service! Wendy was especially helpful during negotiations; she had our back. We also closed on our new home. Wendy was with us for every event from contract negotiation, walk-through (pointing out things we didn't think about), and closing. Prior to the transactions this year, she helped us find the patio home that she sold. It was a great find, and just what we were looking for at the time. She also sold our condo at Beach Cove after giving us a lot of sage advice about how to sell it. We listened to her, and it sold! Joel Barber got me started and was also helpful in recommending a mortgage broker. Kirk Stalvey was the point person. I visited in mid November '19 to check out a few places. Since I didn't know the area, Kirk gave me good information on the different properties and neighborhoods, then negotiated a good deal for me on the one I selected. Kirk also helped by referring an appraiser. I was all moved in 7 weeks later and I love my new place.

Absolutely awful - don't use. I had to go with another agent after putting ours on the market with Joel Barber. It was placed online just left. When i gave multiple instructions on contact information and how to get a showing completed it kept going completely ignored.
After i removed the listing from them I get a call from every agent in the place asking me to relist it with them and saying they might have people interested in the place. Why was this not done when it was listed? Do not use.

I bought a second home through this office and their service was exceptional! Not only did they set me-up with a great lender but they did a great job negotiating my contract. My situation was a little unique because I had to sell another home before purchasing this one.
I have to say that we got stuck with a group that just wanted our money when the house sales. We signed a buyers and sellers contract with them and only received very little help. We found our 1st land and they didn't help and properly send the paperwork to my lawyer and we lost the land. They suppose to help us find land after we lost the 1st one and didn't. We got told to find our own land. Before we could move on it was up to us to find a place to move to because our realtor was not for us or helpful. We are very disappointed in the Harrelson group. I would not use them and if I could have just taken my house off market I would but we were told that we could get sued.
