I recently moved to Myrtle Beach from Pennsylvania. I randomly called The Harrelson Group looking for a buyer's agent. Joel Barber got me started and was also helpful in recommending a mortgage broker. Kirk Stalvey was the point person. I visited in mid November '19 to check out a few places. Since I didn't know the area, Kirk gave me good information on the different properties and neighborhoods, then negotiated a good deal for me on the one I selected. Kirk also helped by referring an appraiser. I was all moved in 7 weeks later and I love my new place.
