Century 21 deals with a rental company in Ft wayne Indiana named AG rentals. Ive rented my house from a private landlord fir the past 13 years. 6 months ago he had to sell..so him and his friend a Century 21 realtor came to my house with a "buyer." They said this buyer was an honest man and the man told me that he wanted to continue to rent to me for as long as i wanted to stay. He said all repairs would be made (mostly flooring that had rotted out due to moisture in the bathroom) he then called me to insure me that he wanted me to stay and asked me to make a list of things ide like fixed. He then told me that AG rentals would be managing this house for him. I signed another 6 month lease with them. They upped the rent 250 a month but i was ok to pay it because i truly love this house. Before signing the year lease i asked about the repairs and they told me i had 30 days to vacate. No alternate housing offered no nothing. This was a dirty deal and i got the bad end. I would NEVER trust a Century 21 associate again. They obviously dont care about people.

Purchased a house last November from Zelda Mayers. She referred me to a inspector and everything came back fine. Just a few things the owner needed to upgrade. Since owning the house I ve contacted Zelda multiple times. From my basement leaking to my garage flooding. Every time I did get ahold of Zelda she stated she would contact me back and never did. It s going on 6 months now and she still hasn t got the paperwork for arbitration. I even contacted the main office they had no idea what I was talking about for the paperwork. Instead what did they did was have Zelda contact me and of course she stated she still didn t have the paperwork. Also stated it should only be a few days well it s been over a month this time. It s absolutely ridiculous on how unprofessional this office is. Would not recommend at all.
Love our realtors Becca and Jenn!! We will definitely be referring friends and/or family to them for any future buying or selling needs. The office was a very homie and welcoming feel to it and very clean!
I moved into my home as a first time home buyer on February 28th. Within 2 weeks of me being in the house I had to call A1 Sewer service out twice. The second time the owner and the entire crew informed me that the back room addition of the house had been completely built over a sewer line. Sewer line replacement is around $2000. I contacted Gemma Mcclendon, the realtor who sold me the home, and she did not respond. A month later I noticed my driveway flooding with water. I thought that perhaps I simply needed a gutter extension or gutter cleaning. I called 3 different contractors who came to my home and confirmed that the cast iron pipes under the slab of my home were rotting and would need to be replaced. I learned that home owners insurance does not cover this because it was a pre-existing condition. The cost to replace the rotting cast iron pipes is between $10,000-$20,000. It gets worse...a few days ago I discovered termites behind electrical outlet above kitchen counter. Gemma Mcclendon was my realtor and I definitely would not recommend her. She decided to "speak for me" and asked for a small amount of cash from seller in lieu of them making repairs. She knew expressly that I wanted the repairs made before I moved into the home, but disregarded my desires. The check I received at closing was not enough to cover repairs, and her broker informed her that it would not be enough. The major things that need repair in this house were not even listed on inspection report. Gemma Mcclendon was referred to me by someone and I regret listening to this individual now. Major mistake! I can't sell this house and am in a situation where I will probably have to go into foreclosure and lose everything. She hasn't called to ask how she could assist me thru this situation, but she has had my facebook page disabled so that my review can't be seen by others. She also had someone call me to ask why she's being bashed. Imagine that...she's not concerned about me losing everything financially, but concerned about how she's viewed on facebook. I had 100% financing through ProFed and needed a 0 down payment and am on the verge of foreclosure. After my son graduated college, I wanted to become a homeowner and am so disappointed in the outcome. I lost $450 on the first home that I was going to close on because she failed to do something as simple as comparing the comps. As a first time home buyer I feel that no one had my best interest at heart.
