I never thought that my religious belief or the place I belong to is going to make a difference at my work place. However I was completely wrong. I was harassed for being a Muslim and to be precise a Kashmiri Muslim. I was a part of Centum Learning Limited .

I am working with this organization for last one year. I like working with my VP, who is working here since last 12 years. So, it's more than enough to explain the working culture of Centum.

I had a great experience today with Centum Learning. I was seeking a con call for 10 minutes. I was told that no slot was available till next Monday, which is 72 hours away.

WOW!

The bootcamps of centum are very famous everything happens there other than trainings. I was reffered by a friend of mine, but later changed my mind. He was thrown out within a month. They hire and fire a lot be cautious.

Totally unorganized , no skill enhancement for employees.
Leadership is loose , not at all recommended.

good move by DU and centum but the thing is the courses are very limited it should be more enhanced

I worked with Centum aprox 1 year in Gorakhpur - Uttar Pradesh.
Centum is a very good organization in Training & Skill Development. I learn many things from my seniors , specially my Boss Mr. Pathan Sher Shah. He is Gentle Personality and very professional regarding his work and company.
