Firstly, the deplorable attempt to deceive patients, saying that the cost of the operation is 4,000, and the next day the receptionist tries to sneak me 6,000, I complain, claiming that yesterday they told me 4,000 and released me that it is a great offer that they have done hahaha to me ?? So for the face 2,000 less? That is, I let you go and if you sting you sting like a fool! Then they have you whole mornings in the waiting room to do 3 tests and when you are going to complain that I have been fasting since 7 in the morning and it is 3 they tell you you can leave ... When the last time they called me was to At 11 a.m. Post-operative the next day 1/11 all Saints day, visit at 3 in the afternoon we arrived and they told us at the reception that the only doctor on call is at a charity gala in Sabadell that we stop by and wait in a crowded room! ! Seriously? You could not call and say to spend the afternoon that the doctor is eating out there with colleagues! Leaving the family food to go to visit a holiday and party the only one that is is the one that should be working. The desire to check in this place is reflected in crowded waiting rooms, in which each worker who is in the box charging tells you a different price, in which you will pay the rest of the operation and they try to collect the full amount, by God. If you know very well that medical tests and all that do not do it to you for free and even more that you work in this center because you try to charge me everything when you know that I have had to pay half the amount in advance to order the lenses and tests? ? What if I say that I have to pay 150, do you think so? And they operate on me for 150 ?? Watch out for the wallet! On this site more than with the doctor. And the last straw on the invoice is a 10 donation to the Barraquer Foundation! The donation is voluntary !!

Good doctors with a lot of reputation, well known clinic but do not visit at the agreed time, even wait hours for the visit, despite asking. Too many people or little programming. I'm 2 hours late today.

I do not recommend it at all. I went for an emergency but at reception they treated me so badly and there was so much queue that I left. The worst thing is that now, a month later, I received an invoice saying that I have a pending payment of 81, when I DID NOT ENTER THE CONSULTATION. Amazing. If you need a good ophthalmological clinic I recommend VISIONCORE, I found it in five minutes, I did not queue, with a totally personalized attention and with a doctor who really cared about the patient.

In my experience Barraquer it is a trap of shameless thieves. They couldn't care less about you eye health, they focus solely in inflating your bill as much as possible regardless. It was my worst hospital experience...
They charge 2 visits and a photoshut that I didn't requested nor I needed. I got my eyes graduated with the pupils dilated, obviously it was totally useful to me, but they needed to inflate my bill.
They want me to send to the operating room on other day for something very simple were there's no need for that, then they didn't want to process my document to give the discount for having a low income, at the end they did but to get to that point the lay, they played games, ugly. And even worst, I didn't get a single paper with the pictures a any result, nothing, just the bill. I should have placed an official complain...
If you are looking for excellence in eye care I recommend San Raffaele in Milan where I got done both corneas transplants. They really at world top. They charge you before you see any doctor, and they will give you a printed copy of the results of any exam they take.

They are unpresentable. You go for one thing and they do others that have nothing to do with it, in addition to the hours and hours of waiting. My terrible experience. Maybe they have excellent doctors but surely there are other professionals of the same level of excellence who do not treat their patients that way.

I was there to operate on myopia, horrible, they left a cornea with brutal astigmatism, in addition to having an endophthalmitis in one eye.

They charged a security deposit of 400 euros for a consultation and "supposed examinations" + 300 euros and in the end they do not give you the exams and say that you have to have surgery. Very sad experience so I DO NOT RECOMMEND

They had to operate my grandmother for a cornea transplant, they told her to come without eating a specific day and when she arrives at the clinic they tell her that they have no cornea and that she should wait in the clinic until there is one. So why do they tell you to come on a specific day? He has been waiting for three days, all day without eating, and it seems they will be more. He is not from Barcelona and his companion has to stay in a hotel, with the expense that entails! Above they are wrong and they have not done analytics because they believed that an analysis performed on another patient was hers. This is the last straw! If you complain they tell you they don't know anything. Of course, charge before the operation do know. We will not go to this clinic anymore! You can't treat people like that, let alone older people.
