I want to make my complaint about the bonanova center for the treatment received and the lack of professionalism that I experienced in my visit which I left quite puzzled because from the reception it was already very unprofessional the girl who attended me and then the visit with Dr. Sambola I was a little misplaced because I could hardly develop my problem that I already prescribed two types of pills without prior blood test procedure, electrocardiogram or some explanation as all health professionals have to do before prescribing anything
After my bad experience and paying a high price for being private, I hope it doesn't happen to anyone else

Human and respectful treatment, and at the same time very professional. After four years of fighting addiction in the end we came out with the invaluable help of Dr. Gual, who has never thrown in the towel, even though he had reasons. It is worth persisting.
