Steve Crater did a wonderful job helping me buy my first home. I had previously worked with 2 realtors, one of which did not share my enthusiasm of buying a foreclosure and one who had me wasting time on a short sale that never went through. I met Steve after inquiring about a foreclosure that he had listed and he told me it was sold, but that he could send me a list of other foreclosures. He sent me the list and when I saw one that I liked, I gave him a call back and he jumped right in. He even went to look at the house for me while I was at work to see how much work was needed because foreclosures with little repair needs go super fast. He was always in touch throughout the whole process. He even handled some of the repairs himself that were needed on my house. He was very knowledgeable about foreclosures and how to obtain a USDA loan even with a foreclosure. He did an outstanding job and I got exactly what I wanted in my first house...a beautiful home and instant equity! I definitely definitely recommend working with him.
