Operated by Doctor Santini in 1986 a brilliant surgeon and Madam. Joigny who work in this hospital which was doing cancer research a great stay pampered by all the staff of that time although the hospital has changed a lot since the time lol a terrific scar have seen nothing and thyroid everything in place !! A great hospital and great staff

Secretariat oncolongie with an inadmissible service it does not call back the patients does not give an appointment it is up to the patient to restart them after an operation we tell you we are waiting for the results and we call you to arrange an appointment with the surgeon .... .... result c is the surgeon who calls not understanding why the patient did not show up but this one was not aware of the appointment !!!!! Suddenly it postpones and in this kind of service the days count !!!!! Not to mention that when you revive the secretary to Tel who thinks she is silent and dares to say to her colleagues "they are all starting to piss me off today" it's good to hear this kind of talk when you are sick too! !!!

Avoid, cruel lack of skills and humanity ... Laborious staff, this center is comparable to slaughterhouses, you are not considered a person, you are only a number, a tumor to eradicate, no a human to care for and I weigh my words!

Guigay several months ago, however to tell me that you are attentive to the feelings of patients and their families is that you should never leave your office . This disease is a struggle of every minute and your center is a second (to have explanations, results, a minimum of consideration). When a doctor tells you to call you back on a Friday evening for a biopsy result and finally leaves for the weekend, forgetting you ... When we forget to bring you a meal tray during your chemo because you were in the room at the back of the room corridor and that we thought there was nobody or when you lose weight visibly and that a "charming" nutritionist tells you to force yourself "otherwise it will be the cannula in the stomach", EXIT food supplements or parenteral infusion ... This is what is in your services, it is simply inhuman. But nobody is safe from this disease and maybe one day those who are part of the medical profession will be affected by cancer and will suffer the same things

The doctors Dr. Delpech and Dr. Figl, the nurses, caregivers, the outpatient nurses, the operating room teams for their professionalism, their kindness and good humor, listened to them and the follow-up.

THEY LET MILL MY FATHER !!
There were 3 deaths in 1 week when I was at home, it was Dr. OTTO who decided not to treat him they had my father in their service for cancer and they had decided to put a treatment in place , and she refused to treat him and when he died (I was Near him, she refused to revive him it's HONTEUX and when I ask him why she has no reasons to give me, run away from this hospital there is a center in Marseille but pay attention to Dr. OTTO who makes the decisions there were 3 deaths in 1 week and she did not want to look after my father it's shameful she has all her family while she removed my father !!!!!!

My wife was treated at Center Lacassagne for tonsil cancer. His treatment consisted of surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Following her treatment, she presented debilitating problems following the surgery as well as severe neurological disorders which made her 85% disabled.
The day after surgery, I pointed out to the surgeon that my wife had difficulty speaking, a drooping eyelid. He let me know that everything would be back to normal within a few days, and told me during a visit a month later that he had been forced to cut deep into the flesh and cut microscopic nerves. He knew from the first day what he had done but did not say anything about it.
In addition, some members of the nursing staff were extremely unpleasant and unfriendly: refusal to give a second pillow, refusal to arrange a sheet, we felt that we were disturbing.
I therefore appealed to the Court, which, following medical expertise, declared the LACASSAGNE Center entirely responsible for the damages suffered by my wife as a result of the surgical clumsiness and the failings in the post-chemotherapy follow-up committed by the doctors employed by this establishment. of care.
