Called today to ask about repair on a standard double-paned window that Central Wordworking provided my builder 12 years ago, and the representative that answered the phone not only cut me off when I was trying to explain the issue but she also acted like I should understand "window terminology". Good grief. Luckily in her effort to get me off the phone, she provided us with a contact who is interested in making money and doing a job and is on his way. If you are looking for a window supplier that will offer good customer service in the years to follow DON'T choose this organization!

they promised to get my window in 3 weeks, waiting 2 months still not done , they say maybe one more month, Bad saleman.

Awesome people with great attitudes. Wish all my stops had people this friendly and fast. The load I had only took them about 45 minutes compared to the same load taking 2-3 hours everywhere else. Hopefully I'll have more loads going here soon.

10/10 recommend!! The staff was so friendly & helpful! I was in a panic trying to find a certain size door with a deadline of only a day! Yikes!! I called many local big chain stores and none of them had the size door I needed in stock & it wouldn t meet my deadline. Plus, the cost was outrageous!! However, a friend suggested I give Central Woodwork a call & I am so glad I did!! The staff was so kind & eager to help me figure out what door I needed in size & texture! Very appreciated!! The website was extremely helpful as well! Thankfully, Central Woodwork had the correct size door, affordable price & available for pick up that same day!!
