Called today to ask about repair on a standard double-paned window that Central Wordworking provided my builder 12 years ago, and the representative that answered the phone not only cut me off when I was trying to explain the issue but she also acted like I should understand "window terminology". Good grief. Luckily in her effort to get me off the phone, she provided us with a contact who is interested in making money and doing a job and is on his way. If you are looking for a window supplier that will offer good customer service in the years to follow DON'T choose this organization!
