CPCC is growing more every year. They offer a wider variety of classes than just a couple of years ago. According to my friends, the quality of the teaching staff has improved greatly as well. The future seems bright for CPCC!

This rating is for the lack of communication from this institution. I enrolled in courses this past April and quickly dropped them once I realized I could not afford them. Upon enrolling, no type of communication was given on any deadlines or dates for dropping courses. (No emails or information stated on the registration site). Even while dropping the course, I did not receive any type of notification or information about any consequences for dropping the course. Yesterday I received a final invoice notification threatening to report me to the North Carolina Revenue Department. This was literally the first type of communication I received about owing any type of balance. 4 emails later and I finally found out that I was charged 25% for dropping the course after the term started. This should be communicated on the registration page. I should not have to dig around your main website to find out your registration policies. The price that I'm paying for the dropped courses is half of what I would've paid if I took the classes anyway. That would've been a better outcome. To top it off, I received a "weekly invoice notification" AFTER letting them know that the final invoice was the only one I received. This felt like a slap in the face. Also being told to have a good day.

Their admission process sucks. I applied weeks before the deadline sent transcripts and everything and then contacted them just to add my SSN on my application didn't hear anything from them for 2 weeks after I called again AND sent an email. This whole process took two months only to receive to acceptance letter and nothing else. When I tried to create my student login again account I kept getting errors. Had to contact IT.
Then I tried to create a password and received too many attempts messages because I was sent three temporary passwords after IT fixed the first problem. I had to contact IT, AGAIN.
I was finally able to create an account. If I didn't already go to UNCC I would have given up going here because after making a profile there were no other instructions on what else to do no see advisor, no go to this website, no go pick classes NOTHING.
So AGAIN I sent admissions another email about how I received no guidance and their website doesn't have any of my transcripts or Fasfa and how I don't have an advisor and how to pick/change my degree.
Bruh they sent me another acceptance email...they can't blame the pandemic because we've been in if for a year almost two if these people are doing their work from home they definitely need to go back to the office. Their terrible communication has gotten much much worse than before

There are lots of things to do and learn hear. They offer continuing education courses that you can take to further your career or special interest. They offer classes in a wide variety of topics including business, cooking, motorcycle riding, as well as yoga! I recommend if you live in the city that you take at least one continuing education class even if you have a degree, to help refresh your skills on whatever topic you're interested in or just to meet people. This campus is newly renovated, beautiful, and it has a lot to offer . the business center is also open you can make prints and have meetings with people who will help you actualize your small business, with counseling . Definitely a place to better oneself, try to come visit the campus if possible.
