Superior rating. Quick response time. The young lady I spoke with listened and knew exactly who to put me in contact with. She did a follow up call. As this is my very first claim I can t really respond to good value. But their customer assistance is 5 star.

I called to explore filing a claim for the damages we sustained from the recent winter storm as well as roof damage from the last hail storm. The agent (Claire) was wonderful in explaining all aspects of the process. The next day I received a call from Ryan Hendricks who asked for details about our claims. Both were very professional, expressed empathy for our situation, and offered all assistance necessary to get the claim started. Now we are expecting a call from the adjuster to set an appointment to visit our home to evaluate the damage. We anticipate that aspect will be equally pleasant and supportive.
The car collision happened on Saturday at 3:00a.m. Got a call and text from Central Insurance on Monday at 9:00 a.m about an adjuster being dispatched to assess the damaged. I received a summary of the damages and an offer at 1:00p.m. on Tuesday. I picked up my belongings from the tow yard on Wednesday at 2:30p.m. Received a call from a towing company to have my car removed from it's current location on Thursday, at 9:30a.m to a repair shop. Received the paperwork to get my payout for the damages on Thursday at 11:30 a.m from Central Insurance. Everything was completed in less than 5 business days. This is UN-heard of and I am so happy to have them covering my assets.
I recently had a claim on my vehicle. The person who called me was awesome. She made a very stressful situation seem easy. She was kind, and understanding and VERY helpful. I will recommend Central Insurance to all of my friends. Claims process was so easy. They worked directly with the Body Shop, all I had to do was drop off my van and pick it up!
The response from Central was amazingly fast. The inspector, Susie, was prompt, professional, friendly, and knew her job completely. We were very impressed with her and Central overall.
I came upon Central Insurance through my independent broker and I am happy that I did. I was able to save money on all of our properties and liabilities. Someone gauged one of our vehicles while parked at a local supermarket and chose not to leave a note to take responsibility. I spoke to my broker representative and she stated a Central Insurance representative would contact me. Sure enough, in under 1/2 hour that happened and I had a very congenial and amusing conversation with the rep. The representative explained the process of the next steps clearly and I have faith that the auto body shop, that we are familiar with, and Central Insurance will come to an agreement we can all live with.
