I called to explore filing a claim for the damages we sustained from the recent winter storm as well as roof damage from the last hail storm. The agent (Claire) was wonderful in explaining all aspects of the process. The next day I received a call from Ryan Hendricks who asked for details about our claims. Both were very professional, expressed empathy for our situation, and offered all assistance necessary to get the claim started. Now we are expecting a call from the adjuster to set an appointment to visit our home to evaluate the damage. We anticipate that aspect will be equally pleasant and supportive.
