The hotel is not in a bad shape. It's quite good for Kano standards. I think the maintenance culture stepped up a little from what it used to be but there is still room for improvement as most of their facilities need some work, especially in the other wing of the hotel cos it looks abandoned from the outside. Overall I think it's one of the best hotels to lodge in Kano though they are a bit expensive

i was at this hotel for internship actually they is luxury life, the hotel is clean they respect their customers and they attend them at right time

They have alot of problems they need to solve like the swimming pool which has moss in the wall which is very disgusting and the chairs of the swimming pool oh! Dear that's a mess they really need to have a renovation, a changing room ,and a bathroom in the swimming pool area

Don't know what to say... I lodged there for 6 night, it has very good view and the rooms are well good with fastest internet connection.. Am seriously love this place. And am highly enjoyed my nights over there.

One of the oldest in the state, it also provides other events services for family and other business organizations, so it fun to be there.

Seems to get older by the day - the rooms appear to be in need of a face lift (and cooling effect lift ). Kano is hot enough as it is . One of the more affordable places to stay in Kano though...(if thats any comfort )

A nice grand place to lodge in. Serene atmosphere,friendly staffs and located in the business hub of Kano city.

Poor services and low staff strength. Intercom in the room was not working, WiFi in the room was also not working and I did not enjoy the breakfast. The place has potentials of being really wonderful and cozy, I think it just needs better management.
