The operators are cortious and the passengers are friendly. Lynx service is expedious when it's time to get to work or school.

Who am I complaining to? There are drivers who do what they want with the time of departure from the terminal. They leave late and that affects your plans. And the other day I was an hour waiting for the bus and I almost missed my appointment with the dentist. I left home the day before and lost 1 at the bus stop The worst thing is that you call to complain and there is always a justification

I'm waiting on the 13 which is supposed to leave UCF at 8:55am it's now 9:27am and still no bus everytime everyday there no 13 for an hour like people have nowhere to go

The worse service ever. Not even in Asia or Latin America you have such a bad experience. Never on time, you cant track on Google maps and the drivers are extremely rude. Niether a liveable city nor a friendly public transportation. If you're foreigner get ready your wallet to spend on transportation.

7/13 Bus was suppose to leave at 5pm. This man comes slowly walking up at 5:07 casually puts his stuff in the window of the bus instead of walking around and opening the doors. Goes around the back of the bus enters the back of the bus and pulls off @5:13. Keep in mind the the 102 that was to leave at 5:15 had already pulled up at 5:05. Now we re more than 10 minutes behind schedule and one hold up can get you stranded if you take it at night or a Sunday.

Decent enough, fares are fairly priced, buses are usually somewhat on time... my only major complaint is that the 55 has limited service, and does not run all the way to the Cagan Walmart for a good half of the day, forcing me to walk almost 2 miles to get there. I mean, its not terribly far, but its a bit annoying.

Lynx DONT care about people. Worst service ALWAYS!!!

So the 302 to the rosemont Superstop was late so I was standing down waiting for the 106. Well the 302 showed up and I'm running waving my arms and he did not stop. And what's sad is this driver knows I ride the 302 because it's the same driver. Lynx already has horrible service. I'm from Chicago and busses run every 15 minutes...6 minutes during rush hour. So this service is pathetic. Thank God I only have to ride for a couple more months. Lynx is the worst service in the USA.

As any bus station goes, it has its slew of people from all walks of life. Those that need an extra dollar to get home (hopefully), a cigarette, a light, or are just heading to and fro. Overall the place is 3/5 on upkeep. Security 4/5, there are security guards patrolling throughout the day. The rides however are a mixed breed; some can be nice and quiet, others particularly loud. The employees vary as well, the bus drivers for Universal Studios (21), or the Magic Kingdom (50) tend to be happier (on occasion), but for the majority of other routes they treat their job like many others: a job that they wish they weren't at. For $2.00 and a transfer if you need it, it is what it is: public transportation.

Need Some Major Changes As Represented of Are Community . There Services Have Gotten So Bad To The Point Where Other People's Jobs Are in Jeopardy. We As People Have To Deal With There Attitudes And Late Preferences. Which Brings Down There Customer Services . When You Have A Business You Should Be About Your Community. We as Awhole Want Better Service From This Company And Should Carry Business Attire Every Where They Go. Also We Need More Security On Buses As A 19yr Female I Should Not Be In Fear Trying To Get Home Safely. It Is Sad Seeing High School Students Being Flirted By Older Men. The Disgust Is Way Worst. After The Massacre I Feel Like Safety Should Be Established Way More In Lynx. Also They Need To Make Schedules A Little Bit More Realistic. We Have City Thats Trying Survive Just Like Everybody Else. We Should Be As One And Help Each Other Out. We Have Children That Could Be The Next Targets... Save Are City From The Heart Ache God Bless.

Oo yea and great wifi on the buses...but please clean these buses! !!! PLEASE CLEAN BUSES....ON BUS 51 I KILLED A ROACH , IT WAS SO CLOSE TO ME. THE FLOOR IS SO DIRTY IN THE BUS. IF THE BUS DRIVERS GET A EARLY TO A STOP THEY DON'T WAIT. IF THEY GET LATE, NOW YOUR SCREWED, ESPECIALLY IF YOU NEED TO TRANSFER. LYNX NEEDS TO UPgrade. GET MORE BUSES FOR EACH ROUTE. The buses stop running to early...Can we please get 24 hour service ?

the lynx is the most horrible transit ever it's never on time it stop's running in a certain time it does'nt come to certain area's they need to put more bus routes or bus stop and they more bus stations cause the only bus station in downtown they need to put more bus station in the east orlando region and the south orlando region and the west orlando region and north orlando region and more buses on the road they need about 900.000 more bus and up the fair

1. The drivers suck. They constantly speed up past the speed limit then slam on the brakes to stop. The hard turns trying to outrun a yellow light and everyone gets thrown forward or toward the side. The effect on your body is bad. My neck is strained/cramped and Ive gotten a sick to the stomach a few times. My body overall feels fatigued. Keep in mind I'm completely healthy and don't get motion sickness. I've seen this same complaint posted on many other websites.

2. Most of the stops themselves have no shelters. The is no bench and trash and smells like piss and your standing there for long periods of time in the Florida sun. I will rather ride the bus all the way back to the station to make the transfer rather then suffer in direct heat for a long time.

3. Never on time. Either came too early is too late. Don't try to work a job and use Lynx to get you there. It is simply too unreliable.

4. There is no connection with sunrail simply doesn't work. If you take sunrail then try to transfer to a bus you can't you have to pay a separate pass.
