Let me put it this way: Lynx was what finally motivated me to get a car.

Not only the bus is always late most of the time,
the bus drivers are very rude. They don't know how to talk to people

I've been riding the Central Florida bus system since it was Tri-County Transit and I am absoloutely disgusted by the type of Drivers that are even allowed to posses a Passenger class license. Very erratic and unsafe.
Today as I was waiting at 434 and17-92, which is a time stop, the driver looked at me and never even stopped. Even after I stood and held up my hands.
All public transit drivers should be made to ride the bus for a year minimum to learn how to treat people.

Staff courteous, willing to help, clean and well lit facilities.

The service is good and the workers who drive the bus are awesome

Lynx is suck they alway late then change bus route that piss me off so bad Orlando and Oseola need a better transportation.. No like Lynx

Took lynx bus home in the 28 and I was sitting at the stop on colonial right next to Bank of America under the pass he speed right by me. Going to the stationThis is the second time this happened and I'm actually sitting under the under pass no excuse for it lynx you might want to step up your game Marta in Atlanta is looking better then y'all I wish I could send my photo I just might seriously get better crew and management y'all run the ac when it's 60 degrees outside. Step up your game you are the reason folks don't take lynx and get a car It's the main reason I miss Atl. And actually I was just sitting under the over pass he should have stopped regardless y'all are a joke

Takes waaaaayyy tooooo loooong. What's the point of having a bus system is they never on time.

It's the only public transportation Orlando has. It's ok.

Since the back doors and free rides started, Lynx busses more and more, homeless, crazies, and people with nothing else better to do taking over busses. Drivers have become even worse with complete negative attitudes.

The worst no enough route's, always late, runs every hour in most places, you would never get on time anywhere unless you plan 2 hours in advanced is a ridiculous service the drivers are really mean even with the tourist I see it every day I work at the airport.....government please fire lynx and take over thanks

Worst. Transportation. System. Ever!

I've never been on a bus system that is very poor at doing their jobs. Before moving up here, I lived in Miami and I-95 always have bad traffic. But the difference is that their bus system will take you where you need to go on time no later than 10 minutes delay. Just now I was waiting infront of a WalMart on East Colonial and it took over an hour for the bus to show up >:( smh

I lived in Orlando for years and I have ridden lynx since I moved from up north and that was about 30 years ago and in all that time , lynx still sucks!! Big time . As I'm writing this review, I've been sitting here for about 40 min
waiting on the 436 which by the way is always late or early, never on time . After 30 yrs the only improvement has been the wi-fi! That's sad! Don't get me wrong, I'm grateful to have lynx, but you sucks! Sorry just being honest. I gave it two stars cause I'm grateful. Dissatisfied regular.

It's a busy bus station. Someone can catch the Sun rail here and well as multiple busses. Around the corner there is a DD, a Smoothie shop a nail salon and sandwich rest. Bank of America is also down the block. Inside the station building you can buy bus passes, get bus and train schedule and information the window. There a air condition waiting area a small rest and vending machines.

Bus drivers dont stop for you even though theres a stop a little bit down the street. Horrible people.

Drivers are very nice always greeting with a smile and helpful if you aren't sure where your stop will be however, the buses come to EARLY or LATE. They need to seriously work on sticking to the time schedule.

Neat and clean buses.Overall, it is good,especially if you don't have your car yet and you have needs to move.But like all things in life ,there is always rooms for improvements and changes.

Buses are aways late if not late they dont come at all if a driver is not found to work the route....

When you need to be there... Lynxs' get you there...

The Lynx Orlando public bus system located in Orlando Florida from my experience is absolutely the worst public bus system I've ever utilized. Very inconvenient to use in comparison to many other bus systems I've utilized in other cities. And the drivers are extremely rude and uncourteous to passengers.

Bus 436N is never on the lynx tracker app gps system. Altamonte mall 436N

Customer service is trash the bus drivers act as if they are the only ones with a job to keep. Uber might cost a few bucks buts its way cheaper than a cab and way cleaner and convenient than the LYNX bus. LYNX= TRASH.

All the times today was wrong .. I lost more than 2 hours waiting for nothing at night .. I really don't recommand them at all .. And when u want to ask .. No one knows ..

Been riding these buses for two years I been living in Orlando..... From the drivers to the passengers... Just rude all the way around.. Couldn't tell you how many times a bus driver has driven past others and myself as we've waited so long for the bus.. Only for it to pass us by.. because it was late... smh... WORST PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION I've ever dealt with... Just terrible as hell...

I give the Lynx Central Station 5 stars. Im not from here, but I found the Lynx Central Station to be structurally awesome. The way it was designed was great and enjoyable. The staff was nice and the reps that sold the passes were super nice. Thank you Lynx.

The worst system ever. I hate lynx they need to listen to customers complaining about the same things everyday but no they privately owned ao they dont give a damn

The worst bus company ever. I depend on the 40 to go to work and it s always late or it doesn t come at all. The way they treat us is inhumane. I feel so sorry for some really nice drivers who work for them, they must be treated the same way.

Sometimes they dont come on time and you really do have to wait and whole hour. They don't stop like they supposed to at the bus stops.

The 436s is the worst. The lynx app does not show correct times drivers regularly turn off tracker so you cannot actually see where the bus is. Expect an hour and a half wait time every time. Drivers on this route regularly allow homeless and drug users to ride free. I video taped a guy giving a white girl crack behind the bus stop see youtube. Do not ride lynx unless you have to. No attention by the company to drivers or passenger safety. Obvious this route needs attention. Cleaning the bus stops of old clothes and trash would help. This route services the airport very poor representation of Orlando. I'm writing a letter to governor about this.

Poor on sundays and holidays on lake Mary and Longwood and Sanford Florida.

The bus drivers be passing by students while it s raining outside when it was only 2 students at the bus stop and me and my sister had to walk home because a bus driver refused to stoop

I don't know why they don't have a schedule if they are not going to be there they are always too late or too early and I missed (number 9)

Bus drivers cannot follow basic traffic safety rules. I had bus 37 lay on the horn behind me waiting at a stop sign with cross traffic, then pass me on the right bringing the whole bus into traffic, causing several other vehicles to have to stop suddenly. July 30, 2016 at about 8pm.

Some of the drivers are real friendly and helpful and some are rude and just ruthless. Sometimes if your late for the bus and you're running to catch the bus some will wait and some they'll just keep going even if you're right there. Even if your sitting there at the bus stop sometimes they'll still pass you by just because they are late. I've seen people in walkers and wheelchairs and the elderly trying to make it to the bus stop and the bus driver would just keep going and they are close to the bus stop too. One time i was putting my bike on the bike rack and the bus driver told me to take it off cause he had to go. I didn't want to argue so I took it off. And they'll gun the gas pedal before you can even sit down almost causing you to fall on your face they'll even do it to the elderly. Even if your late or in a hurry at least wait till the elderly sit down. It's better being a little late than having to call the ambulance for someone getting hurt cause you don't want to wait and be late. And sometimes you'll be on the bus they'll change the bus number after they leave the station like I was on the 7 and when we were on orange ave then he changed it to 11!! If you been riding the bus for awhile then you already know how these buses operate (late most of the time) but for those who are new you won't get any assistance from the drivers because all they care about is their check. Furthermore, the WiFi they advertise only work on some of the buses I've called and they say they are working on it been six months ago but OK.

Transportation is horrible.. The drivers are always late and they are rude.. When you call customer service to see why they are taking so long they don't want to answer your question and hang up on you. Horrible people

yeah I left my bike on the front of the bus it's totally my fault but I tried to call the bus station for 9 hours and not one person will answer the phone I tried every extension it tells you that it's all lines are being tied up by other people

I love this bus station, but some of the bus are not always on time just a few, and a next problems is that they need to have passengers stop putting there foot on the seat,

More often than not they re late or extremely early. Some of the drivers act as if they hated their life with no customer service skills. The 105 bus is absolutely always late, I take it on Wednesdays and the 4:15pm never comes, so I m here waiting until 4:45. Waiting for about 40 mins just for the bus. That s it s crazy.

Rude people always work for this company you complaint for none theybtake their side if you dont want to work here your problem not mines learn to respect and talk to people

I Waited At The Lynx 107 Bus Stop 6:15-6:52 Waiting On A Bus 6:15 Bus That Never Came I Had To Wait Outside For 30+ Minutes For the Next One

One of the absolute worst public transportation systems i have ever used. Straight up garbage.

This Driver did not did not even stop at my stop i had to chase him on my bike for 2 stops before i was able to get on. And of course admin or dispatch will not say anything to them they dont care. There is no accountability and he knows it. When i asked why he did not stop or slow down he said since i was not getting up from the bench i figured you were waiting for a different bus.

IF the LYNX service gets federal funds they need to stop to many rude drivers the buses only run on time if thing in the morning and even then it is not sure thing. The buses themselves break down constantly.

The only reason people ride them is because there is no other equalvalent option.

They are disrespectful, and provided a disservice and need to be replaced.

There is a man who does the bus route 443 in the afternoon and he is rude. He is a middle aged white man. I think he is rude because he doesn't want to be driving a bus. But I mean sorry but that is the job that you chose and might as well make the best of it. Be nice. It makes the ride more enjoyable for everyone.

Have to say, I am stuck using the bus for a while, and it sucks. I got used to the weird schedules, the rude people who do not move for disabled persons, the loud music, etc. BUt honestly...when the bus driver sees you are handicapped and does not wait until you are seated before screeching off, THAT is RUDE AS HELL! I fell into a seat and hurt my back, and since I have rods there it hurt especially much. Some drivers are courteous, like the man who drives the 51 in the mornings. Most of the other drivers are jerks, and nobody is helpful downtown at the terminal. I have begun taking Uber more and more.

The transport is good although sometimes there are some disrespectful drivers and also passengers who have no respect for others, what if I would like to do it, I would try to connect the schedules with the other buses, I usually take 40 but it does not match 57 On Saturdays, the 57 passes first, if you leave the same schedule of the 57 you have in the week, there would be no problem, I hope you take my comment into account

I just got off lynx 11 today at the orlando international airport at 12:35pm and the driver was driving recklessly. I thought i was either gonna have a heart attack from the near car collisions or nauseated from all the constant stopping and whiplashing.

This is the worst bus system ive come across. Their always late, always have attitudes like we owe them something. I would advise anyone riding lynx and have to be somewhere at a certain time, youre better off walking. Worst ever dont use...

Central station is a neat and clean facility. My interactions with staff and drivers has always been professional and courteous. The cafe inside has pretty good food also.

I got on the bus at the last stop on Colonial Dr. because I did not want to sit in the hot sun for an hour waiting for the next bux. Upon getting to the last stop of the run near UCF, the driver kicked me off of the bus and ssid since o came to tge end of the run, I had to wait for the next bus. 2 Aftican American passengers who got pn the same stop as me on Colonial were allowed to stay on the bus. The only people he kicked off were the two white male's .Both of us work, we're not homeless. That man should be fired

Words can not begin to describe how horrible the bus system is here in Orlando. The drivers are inconsiderate the busses are never on the correct schedule, no matter how many times you call and complain nothing changes no one gets penalized and it's just the same cycle I've left my name number and email for the supervisor for a week straight and I still haven't heard from anyone I've lost 2 jobs because of lynx I leave my house 4-5 hours before something starts because if not one bus will mess up your entire schedule. Seeing as though it's not them they don't care! They show no empathy when you call them and tell them about how the busses are not on schedule or how the bus drivers will pass you without stopping. The city loves to go above and beyond for the tourist who come to the city but don't bother to make sure the people who actually live here are squared away or the fact that it won't run through certain neighborhoods that people actually need to get to like Dr. Phillips and Occoe area. ORLANDO HAS THE WORST PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION IN THE WORLD HANDS DOWN!

Well I think that most of the bus drivers work hard. And you have to realize that alot of times they don't control the way traffic can be.

This station is extremely organized and even designed to please the eyes. Everything is set up, so it easy to understand and get around. The people around can be a little weird but you can't blame the station for that. Excellent station.

Lynx is an awesome way to get around in Orlando fl and the driver's are very helpful when you ask them any questions and so do the employees at the bus station may God continues to bless this bus company and the employees because without employees and God helping them through our prayers they are nothing .God Bless them now and always.

LYNX promotes and executes excellent standards of customer service. Drivers, customer service agents in lobby and over the phone are attentive and service minded. Drivers remain professional and safe when driving among few wild Orlando motorists. If I am early, 5 minutes before scheduled bus time, I am never late. Bus stop maintenance staff could respond to complaints .

I was picking my child up from daycare and I was waiting for bus 436S just now and the driver didn't stop at all. They drove pass and I had to run after them. My stop wasn't too far apart from the next but I had my newborn daughter in her carrier trying to catch up to them so of course I didn't make it. They didn't even try to wait for me and they know it's freezing out here. It's 7 pm and they only come every 45-ish minutes. Some of these drivers are just rude.

Horrible service. Bus #37 never gets on Time on a place. I don't recomend lynx bus to anyone. Im always late to my work because of this.

The bus driver was not only racist but very rude and did not stop at my requested stop! Made me walk! REPORT!

Orange Ave & other LYNX routes were blocked for whatever reason.The only 2 buses going to the airport did not come to the LYNX bus station for 2 hours.
SUGGESTION: Next time take the bus South down Interstate 4 to Anderson to Orange Ave.

First time Ryder. Easy, painless, and I was able to get a transfer ticket . Plus my baby girl did not have to pay

The worst bust service in the history of my existence on planet earth There are some drivers through that do show a bit of compassion but majority are rude and act as if it's not they job or act like if ppl aren't paying money to ride such discusting service then they dont service enough areas as well the bus times are absurd and never on time We the ppl need to start our own bus system these devils are abusing of our tax dollars and money I cant wait till I get a car this bus system will rob you of your time and money they nedd to put out more frequent buses by at least every 25 mins and they need to hire or train their drivers to be more curtious this is ridiculous IT MUST CHANGE IT DOES WHAT IT WANTS

Almost got ran off the road on my scooter by a bus driver they need to learn to yield to motorcyclists

I caught five lynx buses when I was visiting: four were late (one by 40 minutes), one had inoperative wifi and stop info, two had helpful drivers and one driver was very rude. The supervisor at Florida Mall superstop kept me updated with the very late running bus.

Central is well air conditioned, wifi good but the odd reprobate hanging around. The buses themselves were clean.
