One out of 10 tolls are actually me. Literally all the other vehicles say they have OVER 3 AXLES AND ARE DUMP TRUCKS. They re trying to squeeze money out of whoever s plate they can match the pic to... hopefully they get shut down soon
Insanely high toll rates. $100 invoice for driving for a week. Please make some changes. Texas toll rates are much more affordable and have similar amount of traffic. Money hungry.
KEEPING GETTING BILLS SAYING THAT I DID NOT PAY AT JOHNYOUNG AND OBT. I CALLED AND SPOKED WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE SEVERAL TIME ASKING THEM TO REVIEW THE VIDEO THAT SHOWS THAT I PAY. I KEEPING GETTING TOLD THAT THEY ARE GOING TO DO IT AND IT IS STILL NOT DONE. I ASK TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER, SUPERVISOR OR ANYONE IN A LEADERSHIP ROLE AND KEEPING GETTING TOLD THAT THERE IS NO MANAGER OR SUPERVISOR AND NO ONE IN LEADERSHIP ROLE. I AM CONFUSE BECAUSE AS TO WHY THERE IS NO ONE IN A LEADERSHIP ROLE AT CFX. I PLAN TO SEND AND EMAIL TO THE GOVERNOR OF FL OFFICE TO CLARIFY THIS. My great aunt lives with me and she got one of these or shall I say she should have gotten one of these by now. She ordered and paid for one on 9/1/2021 and every time she calls to follow up she get told it was sent. From where? China? Even if sent snail mail (USPS) it should have been here by now and its not. No tracking or anything else they do to help her. Ridiculous. If I could give a 0 I would, So sad she is treated this way.
I used the cash lanes, which are obviously broken. I refuse to pay them twice. They verified that I used the lanes but wouldn't cancel the charges. They even questioned my honesty by asking how I got the quarters. Tried to give me a $2.00 discount to settle. It's not about the money ($5.46), it's about what's right. Not going to steal from me.
Follow-up ... added a star because they did finally erase it but it took me writing to the top of the agency and the Governor.
The purpose of Sunpass/Epass transponder is to pay for tolls on roads that you use! Why is it this company wants to charge again for what you pay in tolls at Sunpass saying they don t get the payment if in-fact Sunpass charges already for it?
Literally Highway robbery. There's no way I go through that many tolls to be constantly getting replenishment charges.
I Was not happy At all when I found out I could not renew my vehicle registration due to a toll violation I knew nothing about, but Sonya Was great to speak with. She was very informative , understanding and an amazing all around customer support rep. She helped me to understand that there was a lapse between sunpass and the time I used the Central Expressway so the charges went to Them and not my SunPass
These guys are the worst - I have a Sunpass in my car and get MONTLY Pay by Plate invoices from the CFXA (despite the claim that they accept Sunpass). So I'm having to pay double the toll rate because their garbage system doesn't work properly.
Can't just pay by plate. Can only pay if you have their invoice which gets mailed. Lost your piece of paper from the snail mail? Oops sorry. Got to wait on a phone for who knows how long and pay there.
