My great aunt lives with me and she got one of these or shall I say she should have gotten one of these by now. She ordered and paid for one on 9/1/2021 and every time she calls to follow up she get told it was sent. From where? China? Even if sent snail mail (USPS) it should have been here by now and its not. No tracking or anything else they do to help her. Ridiculous. If I could give a 0 I would, So sad she is treated this way.
