Worst company ever. Selling highly overpriced apartment. Biggest regret in my life to have to bought through them. Bought a Property 4 years ago which was settled in 2018 which bank valued 25% less than purchased price. I wanted to let go 10% deposit but was given a legal threat if I do so therefore I am stuck with this for life and causes problem everytime I want to get finance. Don't buy throught these guys. Buy directly from builder. Stay away....

I WASN'T EVEN IN THE MARKET FOR ANYTHING AND I GOT AN AUTOMATED TEXT MESSAGE FROM THESE MF'ERS ABOUT LISTINGS AND I HAVE ZERO IDEA HOW THE GOT MY CONTACT INFORMATION.

Super rude concierge. He never listened and supper narrow minded. I was trying to talk with him as an adult however, he behaved very badly and finally I was threatened him said there was a lady last night had same question. I (The concierge ) called police and she was expelled to the outside on the street. Which mean there are similar problems or situations as me. The concierge never tried to fix those problems . Just terrify people. Never accept any request. Very poor behaviour and I m super disappointed by his attitude. I believe he just sits whole day and earn money . I will never talk with the person who has gray hair.

Pushy salespeople using pressure tactics to rip off inexperienced buyers. Be very careful in dealing with this company!

Very pushy sales people not to mention rude. Impossible to get them to return your calls.

We purchased off the plan and moved into our apartment at southbank royale 102 well st southbank . After 6 years due to work commitments we moved to the country. Our apartment has been rented ever since. Here we are 25 years later and the apartment and complex still looks stunning. Original condition. Clearly Central Equity use quality products. We have had some issues but Central Equity and MICM staff have always worked hard to resolve. It was a good decision!

Reputable company to deal with. I bought an apartment from Michael Kosher of CE Singapore at their event at centennial in July 2017 and up to now I am still getting great service from Michael. It is Location Location and Location when buying property and CE CBD apartments are at fantastic locations. I have just been to Melbourne and of course have to drop by CE office and they were so patient and accommodating to my numerous queries. Feel so reassured to buy direct from developer. I enjoyed the stay at Melbourne Short Stay Apartment too. Thanks for the excellent recommendation.

Update June 2020
It is nearing completion and I am still getting seamless service. I am so glad I bought with CE that came with rental guarantee. I will have immediate rental during this Covid 19 period. CE offers the complete package with its sister leasing company MICM which is professional.
