Useless don't answer the phone or call you back after you leave a message. Dr. Will say they prescribe you medicine and never sent it to your pharmacy. Very pointless do not recommend central.
I have a doctor with a thick accent and can't understand half of the words he is saying. I got so frustrated from saying can you repeat that, 3 to 4 times every sentence he says and and still not understanding what he is trying to say. Horrible with calling in prescription medications. If you call be prepared to wait days for a phone call back
I have called numerous times for the last month trying to get a clearance for surgery and it s like the front desk just doesnt exist and we re trained to not pick up the phone! I have left several messages and haven t gotten any responses! They are horrible with customer service and if they aren t taking any new clients at least have the courtesy to call and let me know so I can find somewhere else!
The staff at the front desk never answers their phone!!!! I had to call 30 times in one week until i finally got a hold of a front desk staff member. The therapists here are great!!! The place is well kept and clean.
Central Behavior Health is a wonderful place to encounter individuals who are supportive and excellent providers. They are helpful, understanding, sensitive, experienced and...professional. I would recommend this establishment to anyone with health concerns. Central provides quality health and help services.
when i went here they are so disrespectful i hate it the are rude and my dad was going down cause he had to eat something and they were disrespectful to me and i said to them you are so rude to me do you want me to throw you on a Norfolk Southern train and i get the constant rudeness
Place blows.. Isn't even worth going to slash I'm forced to go to it and they won't even set up an appointment for me
horrible place hate this place i dont know where they find there employees the doctor needed more help than i do and accused me of selling my script the first time i came in
Another mental health organization that turned to shady and corrupt practices....Time to shut this place down and let the light shine back in...
