I have called numerous times for the last month trying to get a clearance for surgery and it s like the front desk just doesnt exist and we re trained to not pick up the phone! I have left several messages and haven t gotten any responses! They are horrible with customer service and if they aren t taking any new clients at least have the courtesy to call and let me know so I can find somewhere else!
