I. Am service connected for my back.had a rupture and went to emergency room. I told them I'm in extreme pain,I.e., cant stand, sleep, sit. They gave me ibuprofen and a handshake and sent me away. Dont waste your time going, just pay for a regular doctor or suffer. I guess our injuries were fine when we were protecting the world, now that we aren't we are just a joke to them.
Dermatologist @ va were the best bunch of professional medical staff I have ever had diagnose my skin problems. My appointment was on time and the staff went way beyond usual to address my questions and treat my problems. Thank you VA!!!
Called the VA dental clinic. My husband is 100% disabled they dental clinic wouldn't help when I called. He has a broken tooth and they would not help. I spoke to 2 different women and they were rude and when I asked her name she refused to tell me.
Cannot believe how rude the dental clinic is to veterans. It is a shame.
Is where veterans can come for help and emergency situations
Good VA hospital right next to UAMS medical facilities in Little Rock. Six floors of healthcare including Endocrinology, oncology, bone density, sleep studies, eyes, dental and hearing. A large emergency room that offers decent service for any major illness. Also includes a Full pharmacy and eligibility departments.
A local store and VA cafeteria on site.
Thanks for all you do for our country. Thank you for your service.
The emergency department is completely unorganized!!!!
They need the seating to be properly identified for the veterans waiting to check in.
They are making emergency patients to stand in line instead of letting them sit bc other patients are sitting where the check in patients should be.
This is utterly ridiculous
The absolute best care I've ever had in an emergency room. Caring and concerned..Thank you for taking care of an worn down Ordnanceman...Go Navy...
Wonderful, courteous staff. The Oncology Clinic has been instrumental in keeping me alive for nearly two years now after being diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma. Thank you to all the Physicians, Nurses, and support staff for the outstanding care that you provide.
Over the years patient care has been been excellent. For the most part! We have encountered some providers & staff which were less than comforting. However the excellent care & attitudes of other staff members stood out in the long run.
Got a Covid19 test here. They never called back to let me know if it was positive or negative. I called the automated line, left a message asking for a call-back when prompted, never received one.
But it was an easy process to get enrolled a few years back. So, they get two stars.
My wife and I both get our medical issues taken care of here.
My husband went into the ER monday and they took care of him, got him in for a new MRI after hour appointment Thursday, all dearly the Cv19 mask mandate, in and out fast. He has a old back injury he acquired while in active duty in 2009, he is getting the help he needs from from ER to MRI to his PCP today Friday August 21, 2020 , setting up the next steps to a full recovery. Many may complain about LRVA but I have not had any major issues between my many trip with my father and now husband. Thanks LRVA!
Hospital refusing reentry, less than a week after triple by-pass Surgery, For much needed physiology rehabilitation. You released my dad to UAMS why would not allow him back in if he has had no contact with anyone but hospital staff??? Ridiculous.........Boo.. Hiss! Reporting
I get good quality care at the VA here. I'd be long gone without their help and services. I was there today and EVERYONE was polite and very helpful
Go start for veterans receiving what is due to them on behalf of USA .
I have been been a trauma nurse for 20 years and in healthcare since 1992. I have never witnessed such negligent, blatant ineptness. Most lay people accept their excuses and errors as simple complications for health issues. Truth is delays in care and untrained personnel cause death and unnecessary health issues. This facility killed my father. The doctors and nurses apologized often but their errors were fatal. My hope is that no family goes through the anguish of being victimized by this facility.
I received the prop treatment. The staff generally cared. There's no doubt it's a political deal but I have always been treated well here
No one of system is perfect but they always try....
Thank you for taking such great care of my husband, the people at this hospital are great
The care they offer is good but the employee moral is very low.
