New York Prime in Myrtle Beach, SC, messed up my credit card transaction and accidentally debited an extra 52.00 from my account, which caused a MAJOR inconvenience to me - after admitting the mistake and admitting that it's going to be a few days before the money is credited to my bank, the most the Managers, Jeff and Jason were willing to do is say that they are sorry, that "this is one of those things that happens occasionally to people" (Jason said this), and no, that they're not even willing to try to make it up to me with a coupon or anything since i'm going to eventually get my money back. We had just spent 260.00 in there for dinner.

Their apathy was clear. They did not care. This is the most disappointing behavior i've experienced in a restaurant in quite some time.
