The services provided by the CLASS are phenomenal. Since beginning treatment four months ago, our two-year-old has made tremendous progress, which we owe in large part to the thorough, sophisticated and dedicated approach taken by the program and instructors. We ve been particularly impressed at how seamlessly CLASS has been able to pivot their services to a remote offering to accommodate Covid-19. Our therapist supervisor, Urooj, has been phenomenal through it all, and because of her tremendous efforts our daughter has been able to continue her progress without skipping a beat. These people are our heroes!

I had put a bad post on here last year and it has taken me a year to figure out how to get rid of it. I had an issue in the past with the terrible Case Manager my son had. I have to say that I called with a complaint with her and the very same day the Director called me back and apologized for how unprofessional the manager was. She also somehow miraculously put a new team together for my son within a week. The other one let my son go months without a therapist. I am very happy with CLASS and with his team.

I am a current CLASS employee and have invested 5 years of my life with this company.

What do we do? We provide high quality services for children, teens and young adults diagnosed with autism.

How do we do it? With integrity, ethics and care for our CLASSmates and families.

Is it easy? Heck, no! Those successful in this industry are altruistic, motivated to guide and support increased quality of life for our families while being sensitive to their challenges.

Who are we? We're collaborative, supportive, hard-working, funny, enthusiastic, dedicated, compassionate, and focused. CLASS prides itself on sustaining a culture that lends itself to establishing positive relationships with colleagues, fosters professional growth, and takes "work/personal life balance" seriously. We have a great culture and fully embrace the word "TEAM".

Would you like be a CLASSmate? If you're also dedicated, passionate and want to make a difference: WE WANT YOU!

zero stars as well. We also were reported to Department of Children & Family Services without communication of concern (my son owned a pocket knife). Child Protective Services Case manager/Social worker suggested I write a parenting book, gifted my son a very expensive Lego train set & dismissed "investigation" within days. Unprofessional supervisors, high turn over, lack of rapport building, lost my respect & trust within months. We did have one incredible behavioral therapist but Vanessa was the only one. Sadly, one case supervisor was injured by a passing car in front of our unit. I feel the organization does not properly compensate their talented staff or treat their employees with respect! AVOID AVOID AVOID. Contact Golden Gate Regional Center or your primary medical insurance provider for other referrals.

This company is DEFINITELY not a company you are going to want to be with. The management structure of the company is very disorganized. Staff seemed very lazy. I would defiantly recommend companies like Opya or Kadiant for better customer service.

This is a great company to work for! I was here for about 5 and a half years and was sad to depart. The office staff/environment is very friendly and was like a family. The clinicians are exceptional and are great to work with.
