Child Protective Services Case manager/Social worker suggested I write a parenting book, gifted my son a very expensive Lego train set & dismissed "investigation" within days. Unprofessional supervisors, high turn over, lack of rapport building, lost my respect & trust within months. We did have one incredible behavioral therapist but Vanessa was the only one. Sadly, one case supervisor was injured by a passing car in front of our unit. I feel the organization does not properly compensate their talented staff or treat their employees with respect!
