Can't get the paperwork done and when they do its wrong!

Way too expensive. Go to MDI or better yet Smart Choice and force these hospitals to lower their charges.

The staff was understanding and compassionate! The sitting MRI is terrific for people that are claustrophobic! Highly recommend!

Never written a one star review before. We were running late in snowy weather (snow all night through the time of our appointment.) Arrived 8 minutes late. "Our appointment had been cancelled." No phone call, email or text to let us know. Just hey, its cancelled. For context, we are dealing with my concussed wife who juggled getting two kids in a car with one hand and can't even drive due to the concussion. It must be easy to reschedule a working mom with two under two though right? "Maybe 11:30 works for you?" Asked a couple experienced professionals if this is SOP and they emphatically said NO, you would at least get a call inquiring if you were coming or an auto reminder. One star for unprofessional nature and gross lack of empathy.

Edit: Response to CDI: Was an 8AM appointment on 1/15/18. That together with my last name should give you all the information you need if you are interested in caring this time around.

Edit 6/7/18: Review edited to 4 stars. At our second appointment everything worked out and I know how much reviews can hurt companies so I feel uncomfortable leaving a review that was only about our initial visit.

The Wauwatosa location has the only upright MRI in the state of Wisconsin. I'll give them 5 stars for that alone.

We are upright functioning creatures, so having an MRI while laying flat on our back is not an accurate representation of day-to-day life. One study revealed that almost 30% of Spondylolisthesis cases are missed by MRIs conducted in the supine position. Our health care system is so grossly behind in this manner.

Wish I could have taken pictures of this so called open MRI. I had to have a wash rag over my eyes the entire time. I did find one lady at the desk that was very nice which is why the 2 star rating but the rest of the people just to the point and doing their job. This poor guy was sitting over an hour waiting for his appointment by the time I left he was still not taken care of. The lady that did the MRI asked when I see my doctor when I told her she said you might want to get in sooner which terrified me and set me in massive anxiety mode. I have had MRI's before this one was the worst, my head was inside the tube. I was told the chair would have not been a good option. One patient left because it was too closed in. Hope I never have to go back there again.
