For many more years than I have been at my current nonprofit, CBS has provided the equipment and contracts for the in house printing, copying, scanning services etc. the reason they have had our account for all this time is because of the excellent service provided and the investment they make in our work as a nonprofit. CBS has been there for us not only in the capacity that they are contracted to be, but far beyond that in support of our agency. Both Michael and Sean the owners and Robert our representative have been responsive and willing to do whatever it takes to keep services flowing both for what they provide and what we as an agency provide to the community.
