I worked for CHS for a short period of time, however i would say it is a great company to work for. The office environment was friendly and supportive. I was a benefits specialist i believe is the title(could be incorrect).I loved the job itself! it was fulfilling and rewarding. The work load was heavy at times and required a lot of self discipline and attention to detail. The pay was decent but for as much as you do could have been better. I can only say 1 bad thing and that the was misrepresentation of the role/duties when offered the role. It was presented as a case manager job assisting individuals with receiving benefits through a government agency. However, it turned out to be more of a call center role ,customer service, data entry and case management. If you are able to multi task, are detail oriented and self disciplined then this job will be super easy! You must be GOOD at time management! You are required to meet deadlines and answer for any performance issues. Yet they will work with you and are understanding and supportive. The benefits were good, location is far but very much worth it if you are looking for a social service based job that is rewarding. Hopefully they have raised pay but again it was decent and sustainable. The founder is located or was at that time in the same building and he is very welcoming and approachable. They have out of state locations so there is room for growth and advancement.
