My Healthcare provider referred them to me. They began asking a lot of personal and financial questions to see if I " qualify " for a program and I am a very private person and some of the questions were very personal and made me uncomfortable and they were rude about it! They won't take a breath to allow you to ask questions. Have some compassion and at least try to be human,it can't hurt!
