Very beautiful, right on the beach, high service, everything is beautiful and well maintained.

Fantastic, great with children. Staff is highly friendly. Beautiful pool and amazing private beach.

Matthieu made our stay here perfect and also all the staff were so so pleasant making it a enjoyable stay at this scenic resort hotel !

The hotel is not maintained at all. The rooms are old and not clean and there is a smell of mold in the rooms and throughout the hotel.
Not recommended at all

Edi is the best entertainer, but the others are also okei but a big praise to edi always reflected !!

A real 5 star resort right on the beach withgreat array of cuisine. Supertube for kids and outstanding pool. The reason it gets a 4 is based on the exceptionally rude barman who wanted to make me a "Virgin Mojito" as opposed to a "Virgin Mary" and then proceded to shout at me and wave his finger when I corrected him. If he was trained how to behave like the rest of the polite and respectful staff, it would get 5 stars from me.

Pool and beach are the best!
In particular, the pool has a low population density and children can play slowly.

A guest was killed by another guest here after complaining about noise. The staff gave the noisy guest some warnings but the guest was not removed. The noise continued and after the victim complained the attacker broke INTO the victim's room where he was staying with his wife and young child. The attacker then choked the victim to death.
Roger Bullman was arrested and charged with trespass by an act of violence and with manslaughter. Mr. Bullman is out on bail right now. Amitpal Singh Bajaj was killed on August 21st.

Very overpriced hotel, just paying for the view. Staff can't speak any English, they like to charge you for anything. Definitely not 5* hotel needs to reviewed. Hotel food is a joke not hygienic, cross contamination will not be there again

A very comfortable resort with good facilities; a nice pool and food options. The staff is well trained and courteous.
Only negative is the beach which could be better maintained.

This place we came for the honeymoon was exactly what we were looking for. Calm and peaceful at the same time there is a city life moving. Would definitely recommend :)

High end 4 star with good restaurants and nice pool. Not quite 5 star as quite dated. Scuff marks on all furniture, some lamps outside filled with water and grime from years of use.
In room phone stopped working. Saw three rooms, various states of amenities, some newer TVs (4years) some very old ones with no modern technologies.

Very friendly staff and nice location. Pool rooms absolutely insecure for small children. No barriers at all. Very slippery floors a lot of edges.
Good food, only one elevator. Manual blinds in most spots and rooms.
Good minibar. Perfect for mate get away not spending much time in rooms.

Great hotel , best and most friendly staff iv ever encountered, hotel could do with a tiny touch of updating in places , breakfast is lovely,ok big monkey saving tip if you walk on to the beach turn right and walk literally 100 meters, you will see a place with a tin roof and plastic chairs, don t let the look put you off the food in here is fantastic and compared to the hotel very cheap overall having a fantastic holiday we are here as I write this July 2018 , rainy season, overcast most days at the mo but still very enjoyable, ONLY COMPLAINT the beach here right now is the most polluted iv ever seen and I m well traveled, micro plastic everywhere and I mean every where such a shame for such a beautiful location

Everything about the resort was great. Friendly staff, excellent service. Building is a bit dated but still clean overall.

Different room types, locations give you different experience M block 1 near to beach, sounds of ocean at night Lowest floor 1 has private pool but view may not be as good as high floor 4

Lovely beach. The accommodation is also of high standard. Choice of restaurants is also good.would definately recommend with families with little children.

Swimming pool is good, close to beach but a little far from central city. Can take Grab but expansive compare to normal taxi.

Very nice pool and activities for kids. 185baht a beer and everything 2-3x everywhere else but nice. Definite family place with lots for kids to do. The pool is epic. Only problem is they say one thing like we agree to give you 12000 of you spend 10,000 then back out.

Great selection of rooms / facilities but be explicit as to what you want to avoid disappointment. Building is old so some fittings don't work but layout great. From shower you can view over bath, bed, personal pool, and to the ocean. Staff are super friendly and aim to please. 10min walk Karon Beach, 10min taxi Legion Beach. Popular yng families and grandparents.

Very beautiful and comfortable, suitable for a relaxing holiday.

Great views of the beach. The pools and slides are amazing. Special activities for kids all day long planned with the kids zone which is under continuous supervision. Highly recommended if you're going with kids. And yes they have nanny services as well in case you want to head out later in the night...

Very good and beautiful hotel in front of the Sea. They take good care of customers. Good food.

Food and breakfast is not great but ok you won't get diaherra in the end. Room is not new but still clean. Kids loved the kids pool and the private beach , this is the best part of the holiday. Got hundreds of good pictures here we can talk about it forever.

We love the entertainers especially Sara,Sanja,Gino and david, thanks to them the kids have the best time ever!

Lovely hotel, few minutes travel to the main beach by Van. If you have a few person just get a Van from the hotel which is same or cheaper then then Tuk Tuk

Beautiful resort with amazing amenities , by the beach, amazing pools, good food, courteous staff. Everything is very good. I would have given 5 stars if not for 2 shortcomings. 1. Proper numbering on rooms and indications / signs for rooms and places within the resort. 2. It is heavy on budget. Quite expensive.
Overall amazing stay.

Billy and Aria from the entertainment team are doing a dreamy job with the activities around the pool. They are so attentive and friendly! And the wide range of activities to choose from for both kids and adults alike makes it overall a fantastic experience staying at this resort!

Top ! Everything is well designed, pool water games, restaurant etc etc, but it's a village limit ....

Good but far from the services and accommodation within the hotel high prices and breakfast to serve Muslims.

A very good hotel with direct beach location (rare in Karon beach)!
Overall, my wife and I stayed there for 9 days and I had no complaints.
Rooms were clean, the complex was very well maintained and the staff was very friendly.

The only criticism is that the pool was a bit too small.

Great pleasant resort for a family or couples retreat . Very friendly and helpful staff at ur service 24/7. Great facilities . My kids loved the lazy river and kids pool. Awesome beach access. Great pool attached to the room. Advice rooms need little makeover for a 5 star. Overall awesome experience.

Excellent hotel with fantastic facilities especially for kids. Kids club and entertainers were awesome. Pools, slides, cliff jumps, lazy river etc for kids and adults alike.

Upgraded to luxury pool suite with friends in the room next door, rooms have adjoining balconies. Food in the hotel was great with several options. The themed buffet nights were good value and of a high standard. Staff are all friendly and helpful.

Hotel was fairly quiet during our stay (wet season). Some works were ongoing at this time. Our second stay and a little more external cosmetic maintanance is required compared to our previous stay (2 1/2 years ago).
A lick of paint on some of the buildings exterior would freshen things up. Grounds, gardens and pools are immaculately kept.

The hotel is definitely recommended both for couples and for families who were EVERYTHING! The pool was like a little water park for kids and the entertainment was something everyone could enjoy. The food and cocktails were good and the hotel has a private beach. Next time I go to Phuket we will come here again.

By the sea, wake up for 3 minutes and walk into the sea

This beach on the island is the best because there is little wind and the beach is quite big. It is a very expensive area of the island and it is better to book an all inclusive travel package. The hotels are located near the beach and are easy to reach.

Great ... Everything perfect - One of my best vacations here in the hotel - We were with our 2 children 8 and 10 - Simply perfect family vacation.

Very happy we chose this hotel for our stay in Phuket. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The pool is lovely and not too cold. And the views over the beach are fantastic!
Only criticism is the food is fairly expensive but they do run lots of offers and promotions to make it more cost effective.
Definitely recommend the Coconut drink that comes in a coconut!

We chose this resort to get married at. We brought along 50 guests and everything was amazing. I have to say they where extremely helpful in every aspect. For outside activities we booked everything through Being Tours and they worked together amazing. The hotel even had breakfast to go for early morning activities. We ll be back for sure.

Not worth it. The room we booked was Deluxe Spa Seaview (room 442), well yes the room itself inside is exactly as pictured, except for the seaview part. And that the balcony is kinda shared. There is a shared 'window/glass wall' that has wooden blinds that divides our balcony from another persons, so while you have your hot tub people can see through the crack in the 'wall', and I'm not sure how the wooden blinds are locked. It's pretty uncomfortable. For the view, I look over the concrete top of one of the restaurants/fitness center/spa, and also a lot of the view is onto another room's corner balcony and it blocks the seaview. It is the furthest you can get away from the beach (it backs onto a mountain where the road is), so I can see some sea but I would not say it's a great view, especially for the price. Our room has little things like the makeup mirror is broken, and one pillowcase has what looks like a smudge of makeup an dried blood spots in it. They do a nice turn down service, we kinda got a half turn down - I guess they usually give a local fruit and we got a note about it with cutlery but no fruit. Our first evening, there was yelling and shouting coming from below my room, and I went to see what happened, and there was a staff member there with an extremely rude Australian family of 4 with children yelling and the (seemingly drunken) parents yelling obscenely and rudely at me when I asked him why this was happening. Staff did nothing. Not the resorts fault that people are rude, but people who have the luxury of travelling (especially to nice resorts) should be considerate of others. Now, I do believe it was the resort's fault not to do anything such as ask them to stop yelling and being rude or maybe even move my room. I have been to many places in Thailand more than 6 times in various places, including to Phuket previously. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this resort. Even upon check out, it was awful - they made me late for my driver as they never came to collect our luggage to bring to the front desk (there are so many stairs to bring your luggage down), and they tried to charge me for a made-up charge for a nonexistent 3rd pool towel key card. There are many, just as nice places for much less, with friendly people and nice views you should go to instead.

There is a beach to walk. The pool is empty. The garden view is open, but open at 9.00 hrs. The water jump with the slider opens at 10.00 am slow but overall is good. Have a spa to use the service but not free Good staff smiling

The atmosphere at Centara Grand Beach Resort Phuket at Karon Beach is beautiful. Especially the swimming pool, splendid, important like free !!! Once a year for Gold Card members !!!!

Simply wonderful super organized perfect for families with children thanks to the presence of international entertainment .. a choice of restaurants with different menus (including an Italian restaurant with an Italian chef ) in addition is a few minutes by scooter from Phuket. Friendliness, smile, cleanliness, attention .. swimming pool only for adults and swimming pool for all more slides and "rapids" private beach and breathtaking views gym Spa .. in short, a paradise !! Super highly recommended

Literally the best service ever with more than enough activities and entertainment. Definitely coming back at least 400 times.

Spent 9 days here. Great for my 6yo son who loved the pool and kids club. The beach is right there and the shops a few minutes walk. Snorkelling was thoroughly enjoyed. Mare Italian restaurant is divine and the breakfasts at The Cove were great. Our room was gorgeous with our own pool. We enjoyed happy hour cocktail sundowns at the pool too. Highly recommended.

We love our stay and the staff where super nice the hotel is one of the best hotel you can find in Thailand special if you are a family with kids the hotel got an entertainment crow (billy & Aira ) did amazing job entertaining the small & the big kids. Great work guys and keep it up.

Great Sunset View!!! Great Romantic Getaways. Friendly staffs. Fully equipped with services like Spa, Gym, Restaurants, Tennis, Water parks, Private beach, Kids playground etc.

To be fair it's my first time so can't say much except the staff are nice and polite.
