Accommodation is very good, like the water park, very big, the security of COVID is very good.

Stayed here twice, Love this place. Volleyball with the Russians on the beach, Street Food with in a block and a short taxi to the downtown. Pool and facilities are in great shape, all rooms ocean view.

It's a great family hotel with all the facilities you could ever need.

However, being such a large property with many rooms - all the staff does their task. However, the courtesy from some of the Front Desk and F&B isn't always there. Although I did find the housekeeping and bell staff to be friendly, nice and helpful.

Still it was a good stay, my whole family enjoyed our stay. The buffet breakfast had quite a large selection, suitable for all nationalities and health concerns.

For 5 star hotel they are unorganized. checkin was very slow and was hard to figure what is going on. Room expensive only resort I've stayed in in pattaya but there has to be a better one. sky bar closed and they close pool area early.

Very good restaurant There is a wide variety of food to choose from. The large swimming pool next to the sea is most suitable for relaxation. Recommend holidays on Saturday, Sunday, come and relax.

Overall it's ok. But waiting for a long check-in Opposite the hotel, there is a family mart to terminal 21, not far away.

Don't trust those old picture from the hotels website, now is old, swimming areas are not enough of life guard, don't book limo from the hotel, they are also source from outside, not their own staff.

The hotel is just too old, and too big for quality family time. It's way too crowded, especially in the pool, or so-called water park. Breakfast is more like canteen. The beach is quite quiet since it's located a little away from the City of Pattaya, which is good though. Wheelchair accessible room may not be well equipped for real handicapped use.

Resort you would never need to leave. An excellent water park for the entire family. Extremely polite, friendly staff. Many 5 star restaurants. Highly expensive for TH.

Its been long awaited to stay in this hotel but have to be disappointed because the signature lazy swimming pool and the slider is closed for maintenance without annouced by the hotel at the booking time.

It is hotel where we were able to spend pleasant time with family. I could enjoy the water in the hotel enough and it was satisfactory except for the one way 150 ~ 200 baht when I moved to the city of Pattaya.

Position themselves as a family hotel, good water park, great spot to watch sun set but the rooms are oddly designed, toilet is separated from shower, everything in your room is to big and too high for little kids. Food and drinks are overpriced for its quality. Water park and pool are crowded on holidays. Beach is clean but the water is filthy.

I was staying at the Pullman Pattaya G and went to check it out. The Pullman is an excellent choice.

I just went for a visit. It seemed a little over the top that cheapend the feeling. It's not a 5 star hotel feeling and barely 4 stars. It feels cheap and affected. The beach is not as clean as the adjoining properties. Theres a lot of touts in front trying to sell you something.

This might be nice for families.
I don't know if the prices reflect what is happening in Pattaya with Covid-19. They need to lower it to stay competive. Nicer hotels are offering better deals.

One of the 4 luxury resorts of naklua area. Many restaurants in a rich club ambiance. Prices are high but food is great. Big resort with pools and garden tropical ideal for kids to play the explorers.

Very good property with many facilities. Very good for families as the hotel has a mini water park, pool, lazy river, smaller kids play area, e-zone for older kids games, and family dining area for club guests. The hotel is themed after the lost world and is impressive. Restaurant selection is very good and the food quality too.

Best option for families with kids in pattaya. You can spend a whole day at resort itself. Breakfast spread is awesome

The large swimming pool is recommended for families with children or for recreational purposes.
There is a taxi and there is a shuttle (not free, 50 baht per person), but the cost is not cheap!! (300-500 baht)
There is a convenience store in front of the hostel and there is delicious street food, so I recommend you to try it.

We lived in a nearby hotel, went for a walk and swim. The sea is clean compared to the rest of Pattaya, the territory is large, green, many swimming pools and entertainment, I advise you to go with your children. For guests, the cost of a day is 1300 per person, you can negotiate for 550 if you have friends living there, well, or talk to someone and ask to introduce you. Without payment they can catch and have to pay, at least 550 per person, children are free.

It is necessary to provide room condition and service to suit the price. The breakfast was too poor and the room bed was down. I've never seen a hotel that takes so long to check in.
Rumor has it that the breakfast is not very good .. The price is lower than the nearby Woodland Breakfast. But the kids are very fond of ... The beds are all out and the carpets are damp and need to be remodeled or lowered. Waiting time at check-in is too long .. The staff is inexperienced or lacking in staff compared to the large rooms. Housekeeping was thankful for the hard work. It started getting dirty and the water is really warmer than the lukewarm .. I tried pizza at the swimming pool and it tasted good. The Centara Grand Mirage Hotel hopes to provide a reasonable level of room and service for the room rate.

It is unbelievable that Centara Grand is very poorly managed. Disappointing, the room is very dirty, sticky floor. Not sure if the bed has changed the linen No towels, the balcony is damaged, the sink is very bad, will not come again.

We booked 2 nights one time, then we were locked the next day. Hotel staff told us to check out for the first day and check in again.It's ridiculous for that.Hotel explain it's agency's fault and agency said it was hotel's mistake. No one said sorry for that. It was very bad experience. I just want to say " if this hotel was so good as it advertised why no one notice me in advance and no one say sorry after that". Very bad service quality!
