This hotel is really good.
The staffs are so kind and the facility also good and comfortable.
The foods of morning buffet are perfect.
(The only thing i feel little uncomfortable is inside the hotel, there are too many Koreans, just feel like a hotel in Korea. Especially at the buffet.)

Overall, the atmosphere is good, clean, the view is good, and the breakfast is delicious.

I felt like I was in the jungle - but sort of a classy jungle. My family and I loved the landscaped garden with it's bridges, waterfalls and fire torches. It was pretty cool that they even have a video game arcade for kids. This hotel has an ambience that makes you feel relaxed the moment you walk in.

Perfect place for family and kids. Just stay here no need to go outside you will have a water park, swimming pool, games room, kids playground room, fitness, spa, restaurant, bar everything. And Family Mart just right in front of the hotel.

It is a great hotel to bring family and children to visit. Swimming pool and water park, along with the beach. Come in one place, up to 3 styles in the same place .. The receptionist Nim is bright .. Overall, it is very good.

The atmosphere is good, no matter how much narrative, the water park is wide, fun, even without a player. Wonderful water park, nice atmosphere, greenery garden and comfortable rooms. The pool staff members were quite nice and efficient. However, buffet breakfast is a bit bland. There should be some improvements in the taste and service, especially regarding clearing the tables and guiding guests to proper tables. The waitresses looked friendly and more hard-working with the manager's presence.

Fantastic accommodation and pool area. Ideal for families with children. Restaurants in the hotel are expensive, though food is good. Just outside the hotel is a corner shop, and there are many restaurants 5-10 minutes away. Breakfast is great. So much choice and all types of food - it's just very busy, so make sure you go early (or late).

Stayed for the first time in 55 years, a premium deluxe room, up to now ... went to stay here at least 8 times in the year 63, still being The first choice to stay ... [not worth hitting the small pool by the beach] .. not soaking in water and watching the sunset at all.

I had to wait for the check in quite a while and noone was there to serve this service at the club side. Moreover, this place should be cleaner since i have kids come along and with money that i had paid its not reasonable to have these poor experiences. However, the view is fantatic and good for family.

More suitable for family and family accommodation, the hotel has swimming pool facilities, the average water depth is only 120M. The room overlooks the beautiful coast. Unfortunately, the restaurant does not provide disposable toiletries, which is a bit inconvenient. Fortunately, there is a convenience store opposite the hotel for temporary purchase.

Very unique place with beachfront. The waterpark is amazing. Great food, location and amenities.

Gd for kids but very poor maintenance, what a waste

Checking into the hotel was like visiting the bus terminal during Songkran when it is sardine packed with folks heading back to the country side. And so, the privilege of Club was that we had our separated hassle-free check in counter. We also had the family club lounge we could use while waiting for our room. It features a kid s club of its own. It has a tubular slide that led from the upper floor kiddy room into the main lounge area below. The club lounges offer food, drinks and juices throughout the day. What I found unpleasant with the beverages was that, in the morning it was good chilled and fresh but into the day and evening, it was neglected. Un-chilled, very low in level within the beverage tower dispensers, and did no appeal at all. It seemed the staffs only topped it up once starting in the morning and never paid attention to it again. We were hungry arriving after a long drive. In the lounge area, we were not allowed to order food in from other restaurants within the hotel, my smile gone. During the evening session when alcohol was served, what was labelled crispy fried chicken looked very appetizing served in individual shot glasses. However, they had the consistency of wood when eaten, and was blend. Room service experience. The Malaysian Char Kuay Teow is in every way wrong. It was really salty and there was not the slightest umami of Char Kuay Teow. They should send their cooks for one trip to Singapore s or Malaysia s hawker before ever bringing that dish up in their menu again. Breakfast experience. It was a very mosquito friendly area. We sat indoors and saw long queues outside. Indoors soon started to develop its own climate and we had global warming. The variety of dishes was wide, but they looked and tasted like hurried mass cooking. So, where food is concern, every expectation aligned with Grand was shattered.

Main water park experiences next. It was a petri dish, both figuratively and in reality, right down to the microscopic level. It was so darn crowded and Centara really should not encourage companies to do their team building activities in the park. The swarming was further intensified by 2 banana boats being chucked into the pool accompanied by huge snow globe bubble balls. The water was not clear like you would expect of swimming pools. Maybe expecting crystal clarity was impossible because it was so crowded. And many people were ignoring signboards that stated they should be in proper swimwear, not t-shirts and pants with traces of detergent and what not. For escape from the hordes of screeching children, I went to the deep 3.8m end of the pool. It should have been children free because they normally sink at such depths, but no .. Soon there were children capable of floating doing their jumps from the overhanging cliff features. I found a small good peaceful lap pool outside the gym. No children allowed. Was serene for a while till I encountered parents who were blind to signs. Sigh.

The room verdict? Fortunately, that was very pleasant, a positive point. Was a tad wear down, as this is no new hotel after all, but retained all touches of luxury. Room in earth tones and the use of dark wood prevalent. Bed high, linens clean. Very comfortable, but it was not a generously sized king. A bathtub interestingly positioned in the middle of the room barricaded by bamboo poles with a curtain to draw for privacy. The bathroom was tight in size and left little room for the stand-up shower and the loo. Paid high for the club experience but was not getting that max exclusive feel. Let s just blame the long weekend crowds, hopefully things are better on a week day. And somehow this hotel gave me a feeling like I was in a bustling international airport terminal. All the goods were smashed by the overcrowded holiday weekend, I will just rate this hotel right down the middle. Maybe someday a weekday I return, the experience will be better.

Amazin place gud rooms and the best green curry ever.....but checking in is a nightmare. Some staff pathetic at check in and check out.

Pools are big and water theme park are well maintained. Easy access to beach but beware of jelly fish.

Room are spacious with bathtub for club rooms. Club is a must have for the family offering cock tails, snacks and a game room for the kids.

Hotel provide transports to nearby shopping mall but advise to have a rented car for ease of traveling

The hotel is not on 5 stars, cleaning is average, if once a day, then this is already good. Better if you call 0 and ask to get out, then you know for sure that they will clean the room. The sea is dirty, even if there is no rubbish, then the smell is just awful, it smells like blooming water, rotten fish, something like that, it's unpleasant to swim. The hotel area is large, beautiful, well-groomed. Many pools, an artificial river with waterfalls, tunnels, interesting for children. Breakfast is not very good, the choice is small, designed for the Chinese, of which a huge amount in the hotel. Sometimes they ate at the Coast Cafe near the beach, what to say: they do not know how to cook fish, do not take it, it smells like the sea ... the midges immediately fly together. The meat is good, they took lamb, steaks, delicious. In general, if you go to the sea and want a good rest, then you are not here, not to Pattaya for sure. I do not recommend

Great for family with children with water slide but not so great for adult couples.

Constant screaming noise from the pool area is almost unbearable for rooms on the lower floors- even with the balcony doors closed.

Room amenities are lacking. No in room slippers provided among many other standard toiletries.

The room is awkwardly designed with only a shower curtain separating the shower and the bed. No bathtub for premium/deluxe rooms.

Horrible sound proofing were you can hear everything in room adjacent.

Lots of greeneries though with walkable hotel grounds with Disneyesque jungle theme (in a good way)

***on top of all these. Ms. Pitchayanin from the reservations has confirmed that the hotel charges (not pre-authorizing) the 12,000 Baht at check-in as collateral and will only refund 45days after checking out. Something unheard of for hotel collateral deposit, a questionable practice.

An amazing hotel . You would not only enjoy the ocean view from your room but eminities like gym , game parlour and spa are never tiring . The main highlight which is the water park is absolutely fantastic . Not only you would enjoy it but also activities like pool aerobics and water basketball would keep you going. It is also near to the beach road where you can find all the varieties of food . Also there is a family Mart convenience store just in front of the main entrance. The hotel is also really beautiful.
