He is doing FRAUD!!!

i had placed a order of MI 20000 POWERBANK which cost is 850rs it got delivered to me by 5 days but the thing is Powerbank is not working and the mi company is telling that you cant claim warranty for this, but when i called CELLWAY to return the product there ia noo one response for this they will not pick mobile calls

I think they are losing the TRUST of customers
