Hello, the 2 stars is for the people of the CEI who were very responsive and very attentive in my complaints about the theft and verbal abuse of which my daughter was victim during her stay in Hasting in England.
However, my daughter on her return, was verbally abused by a mother of one of the girls with whom she had arguments (children because they are indeed children), this is unacceptable, but the foolish above all is that no host on the spot defended him.
This lady shouted at her, which I knew after having this one on the phone in order to calm the situation, I thought she had just a little scold, and I regret not having had more than information before about it.
My daughter then reminded me to tell me that this lady shouted loudly at her in front of everyone and that no one reacted. it is unacceptable.
I was very touched and hurt by the crying of my daughter on the phone who thought to go home quietly.
We do not send our children on vacation so that they can be reprimanded by other parents.
We send them on vacation thinking they will be safe but that was not the case.
How animators can leave other parents screaming at another defenseless child without intervening.

I will recommend the CEI with my eyes closed.
My son has just returned from a stay with them and everything went very well!
The team was great and the discovery of the country made them come back amazed ...! What could be more moving for a parent than seeing the little stars in their child's eyes?
We especially appreciated the presentation of the team before the departure, and we also appreciated being able to have news / photos during the stay!

I stayed in Bulgaria in August and I returned yesterday I had 2 great weeks, I loved it! It is a very beautiful country, and I was thrilled by the good mood of the group of the colo! We were a small group (10 teenagers and 2 animators), it was cool because we all got along very well The program that was planned was done, we saw everything in the joy and the good mood. 2 animators were always listening, we laughed a lot! I am delighted to have chosen this stay and to be part of CIS

I had the opportunity to participate in several summer camps with the IEC as a facilitator and I really liked! The organization of the stay upstream is at the point, transport and accommodation selected with care, the teams in Paris always reachable in case of problems, in short, nothing to complain about the professionalism of this body. I will leave with them willingly if they have the opportunity, they offer dream destinations and colo really well organized. I recommend.

Our son has just returned from a stay in Japan for young adults (18/25 years old). He is happy with what he visited and the atmosphere within the group, but absolutely not with the animation team, who were unprofessional to the point of causing the return plane to miss by the wrong way. 'airport (let us also point out that the two animators were not there at the time of the outward meeting, and on the return they both arrived an hour late while the young people were ready to 6 am !!!)
In addition, according to my son, without the young people who spoke Japanese, they would have been lost permanently, the animators being of no use, for example able to take the metro in the wrong direction. Finally, I was shocked that the trip was postponed a day after registration without being asked for our opinion. The outward journey was brought forward from July 12 to 11 in the morning, without taking into account the dates of the catch-up of the bac (from July 9 to 11 inclusive) while the majority of young travelers were in their final year.

my daughter was delighted with her stay, she did not manage to make a girlfriend but she will return if she can. transport concerns that could be settled on his return from the stay, very responsive agent. I recommend

I have supervised several stays with the CEI as a summer camp director and the organization is top notch. I do not understand the opinions below which deplore the fact that the team did not speak Japanese. I went to Oslo in April and I do not speak Norwegian ... yet the stay went very well. The team surely mismanaged this stay but for me everything has always gone well! When is the next stay? :)
