Cedar Fair Entertainment Company Review

We drove 16 hours so my son could get his coaster fix at Cedar Point. We bought him a FastLane Plus pass in order to beat the lines. The $120 spent was not worth it at all. All of the Agressive-Roller coasters were closed. And if they were running, they broke down very frequently. Waiting 2 hours in the FastLane Plus line for Millineum Force was a joke. I m disappointed that a company this large and well known would not have a better handle on their maintenance issues with the roller coasters. All of the ice machines were not working, the water fountains were broke. And no easy place to get free water easily. There was trash everywhere. The seagull poop was everywhere and smelled so bad. It surely could be cleaned up or power washed off. If your thinking about coming... don t! Go to Silver Dollar City in Branson, Mo. or just head south and go to Disney/Universal Studios. Seriously not worth the money.

I see management out in the park constantly. Cedar Fair by putting in a safe covid protocol which the scale in size is mind boggling and pulling it off really shows they care about there customers. Thanks Cedar Fair for giving people a place to have fun when there is none around.

Horrible experience! Staff unproperly trained! Guest Manager has horrible customer service skills and no ability to resolve problems that arise.

I bought my tickets online, before ordering them i called to question the "all inclusive ticket". Since it said everything i get and at the end said and "fast lane plus pass for anyone ages 3 and older" i assumed that meant anyone who was with me as long as i had an all inclusive ticket could get a fast lane plus pass as well, so i called to double check. The woman i spoke to told me yes. I ordered the tickets, excited for the good deal. I get to the park that morning and went to fast lane line and they told me no that is not how the ticket works i only get one. I told them and showed a picture of what it said online. They made me buy another fast lane pass for my boyfriend for 108 dollars! that was all my spending money for the day! I talked to a manager and explained the situation and he gave me my money back but then tried to take the wrist band i purchased just then. I said this is ridiculous, This was mis communication on CEDAR POINTS END and they did nothing about it! i was very disappointed, I had no spending money and no customer service whatsoever.

Their Triton ATM machine not only did not dispense the requested available cash first thing at an opening day, it also charged me the requested amount anyway plus fees. So not only could I not buy anything, I had to begin a dispute with my bank. Their receipt even clearly stated it did not dispense money. This is Fraud and theft. How innapropriate.

Also they were allowing large families with many children skip to the front of the line and/or further up the line.

It's not worth it. Overpriced parking, overpriced tickets, and having a deal where Rich kids can pay extra to jump the line is a joke. Nothing seemed to work that day. For the money, there are so many alternatives.

WITH ALL OF THE MONEY THAT YOUR COMPANY CHARGES FOR ADMISSION TO YOUR PARKS(MICHIGAN ADVENTURES) YOUR COMPANY SHOULD BE ABLE TO GET BETTER HELP!!!!

We were just there July 5th me and my 3 boys boys got stuck on the boomerang in worlds of fun in Kansas city missouri. When my kids got all they did to comfort then was give them a glass of water my boys fun was ruined so we left tryed to talk to staff but were rude and un caring especially ur big manger Sarah told me there is now one hire then her so we could not complain told her we drove 7hrs bought merchandise there stayed at hotel and she reallly didnt carr said if we dont like it then leave I too work for a big company 3M came back and told all my co workers they are not going to worlds of fun either and posted it also on social media u have very unprofessional managers and its supposed to be for fun and family we are what make companys like u rich I know u lost alot of business and they well not be going there no more and a bunch are seasoned ticket holders .
