I bought my tickets online, before ordering them i called to question the "all inclusive ticket". Since it said everything i get and at the end said and "fast lane plus pass for anyone ages 3 and older" i assumed that meant anyone who was with me as long as i had an all inclusive ticket could get a fast lane plus pass as well, so i called to double check. The woman i spoke to told me yes. I ordered the tickets, excited for the good deal. I get to the park that morning and went to fast lane line and they told me no that is not how the ticket works i only get one. I told them and showed a picture of what it said online. They made me buy another fast lane pass for my boyfriend for 108 dollars! that was all my spending money for the day! I talked to a manager and explained the situation and he gave me my money back but then tried to take the wrist band i purchased just then. I said this is ridiculous, This was mis communication on CEDAR POINTS END and they did nothing about it! i was very disappointed, I had no spending money and no customer service whatsoever.
