Winter storm caused pipes to break. Called in the morning and all was repaired by 1pm. AMAZING SERVICE!!!

Called them out to look at my furnace bc it was making a loud train whistle. They said they couldn't find parts, so they quoted me $2k for a whole new one. That was in September. I buy space heaters and use my oven for heat bc they said my furnace would cause carbon monoxide. So cute space heaters. It melted wiring in my house. An electrician comes and fixed my wiring problem. I tell him what they said about my furnace and to get a second opinion. I do. Guess what, there's nothing wrong with my furnace except the air flap got stuck causing the whisying sound.

Showed up right away and got my problem fixed asap. Scott was very kind and professional. AMAZING!

I had called our regular A/C company on the weekend for a repair. This guy took ten minutes to look at the unit, and told us that we had to replace the inside and outside units. $6,000.00 ! Are you kidding ?!? So, I called CDL to see what they had to say. The technician arrived quickly, and had us up and running within fifteen minutes! Awesome job !! Definitely use this great company !!!! Technician was very courteous, professional, and honest. Went above and beyond to actually show and explain to us what was wrong. Now our house is running ice cold. Thanks so much!! You have a new life long customer.

I used the HVAC service they offer. Both technicians that came out to service my combo unit, we're absolutely outstanding. However, they found out my duct work needed replaced. They set me up with their duct work guys who were supposed to come out and give me an estimate on the job. They were a no show for weeks. Couldn't get ahold of them. Had to call HVAC department directly and get transferred to the guy who leads the crew. He told me he forgot to call me and let me know that he wasn't able to get into my crawl space. Because the hole is to small. He did this supposedly when I wasn't at home. On top of all this all they would have to do is dig the dirt out more to fit into the crawl space. The guy in charge is completely unprofessional and unimaginative. I recommend CDL if you need your unit or furnace looked out. If you need duct work done, I would call else where like I did.

CDL Plumbing and Heating both came out within hours of calling on a Sunday afternoon during the freezing winter storm even though they were busy and backed up. William with the plumbing department fixed our frozen meter to get our water running again. I cannot thank them enough for responding to our call and coming out when they did!! I had just had surgery and brought a newborn home; they took a lot of stress and worry off me by fixing our no running water issue that day. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I knew the details of the issue, passed it on to them, they were very professional, quick and courteous.

I had a tree fall into my house and broke my AC Unit! They were fast to find me a unit and get out in and working within minutes! Great company!

This horrible companies quotes. We wanted them to just run our sewer. First it was $65.00 an hour, then 110.00 to 180.00, then 200.00, then 250.00, then 275.00. It was like they just didn't want to do it. They don't want your business so don't give it to them. We called Next Generation Galen Plumbing. They had the job done in less then 20 mins and only charged $75.

Service Technician was at my house one hour after I called the office. Work was completed within another hour. I have not received a invoice yet. I was very happy to get the furnace working. A course the weather warm up. No need for the furnce, YET.
