After the laptop was repaired it turned out that they had made mistakes.
I spent a total of 8 months trying to get my laptop in order.
And I can only control the arrow with a mouse, so unfortunately the repair is not fully completed.
Are dependent on external company and therefore have acorn contact via e-mail. Weird way of doing business.
Sorry I'm not a customer here anymore, because she tried to make me pay the costs every time, but since I refused, they don't have to pay the costs, but they try.

Many computer parts, almost always in stock (also available via webshop). Expert staff who think along and advise on the purchase. That is useful to you! Offer self-build warranty if you assemble your computer yourself with parts purchased there. CD-romland also composes its own systems: following a self-built workshop, given how professionally and neatly these systems are put together. Recommended!

Was my regular shop but shop loses me as a customer, CDromland does not adhere to Dutch law. Ipcam from foscam has a 2-year warranty, only not with CDromland. Has been neatly solved by Foscam supplier. But!! cdromland sent the ip camera back to me without a letter sorry !. So don't let people put you off with a 1 year warranty. Apparently I am not the only one who is NOT properly helped and fobbed off by the suffering called CDROMLAND.

Ordering, payment and delivery are fine with this webshop, but as soon as you have to claim under warranty, it goes downhill.

As soon as they have received your product, you will receive a confirmation that it has been received and will be forwarded to the supplier.
It would take + - 10 business days for my product to be repaired or a replacement returned.
Fine, 10 working days is a reasonable period.

Because I am currently experiencing a lot of inconvenience from missing my video card (Sapphire Radeon RX 5700 XT Pulse), after 12 working days I asked for a status update.
In response, I get the message that they expect to receive a response from the supplier about how and what to do in another + - 10 working days.

In my opinion, for something so simple (fans no longer work, causing the card to overheat), this is no longer a reasonable amount of time, even if I would get the card back in another 10 working days.
My request for a loan card was declined and they also don't want to make a clear agreement when the whole situation should be resolved.

Because they do not have good / clear agreements with the supplier about how long a repair or replacement may take, I am in a hopeless situation.

Product (RT-AC88u) would be in stock, so ordered on Sunday, before 11am.
Confirmation email received, and suddenly Monday evening after 6 pm suddenly a mail that the status of my order has been updated.
Product was not available on that date.
Suddenly the delivery date would be January 16 today.
So I called, but: number in email, on the website and via google is wrong. Only working number I found via qlik.nl, and the lady seemed understanding.
However, it was seen that the product would only be shipped today, because they could not "find" it in their warehouse, I read that if they did not actually have the product in stock.

So this was the first and last time I will buy something from this store.

This is a shop that offers everything you need for your computer if they don't have the thing you need they will order it for you. . They also have their own repair department.. On average computer repair will take several days. Should you be unable to visit the shop a webshop is available. Friendly and skilled staff. The prices are just a bit higher compared to Internet prices. But that seems logical.

Bought a Desktop here a few years ago and had it assembled.
When I opened my desktop I saw that the radiator was damaged and some screws were just still loose. Case was also already damaged and makes a strange vibrating noise when I turn the cooling on to the highest. Should have reset the bios as it was set all wrong.

I have never had such a terribly frustrating experience with a store.

My laptop did not work properly, I have brought to CR-ROM country because I had a permanent black screen from the start. The same day I got a call asking if the data had been preserved by the laptop, which I answered no to. When I then came to pick up my laptop to the shop (on a Friday, the day I was called he was ready).

The costs for saving the data were then charged to me. Of course I did not agree with here. The answer to this was that they had to verify this with the coaching staff and I had to wait until Monday OR the cost to pay for preserving the data. (I think this amount was about 15 euros)

Yes you read correctly, I had the wrong operation CDROM country 15 euro extra pay or wait until Monday my much needed laptop. Another funny detail is that the laptop only contains 2 simple text documents at the time of submission. The laptop was in fact a few days old. (Not purchased from CDROM country!)

I then had to threaten to call the police for theft before I got my laptop back in my hands with a very grumpy attitude from all employees.

I strongly suspect that many of the previously written reviews about this store were written by the company itself. I have a friend who at the moment has a very bad experience with this store. That is why, half a year later, I was thinking of writing this review. This experience I will not put down here because that's not for me, but believe me please and avoid this store at all costs.

Broken laptop issued for examinations to see what is wrong. After 1 week sent to "external repairman" after two weeks nothing heard. Called 3 times and always no answer. After 3.5 weeks I finally receive a response that my battery is "probably" broken and can be made for around 200 euros. 90% chance that this is the solution. This seems to me to be a problem that can easily be excluded without having to pay 200 euros first to know for sure that this is the problem. In addition, 200 euros for a battery of max 30 euros what you can click into it so I think is really a ridiculous price.

Cdromland has become increasingly expensive over the years. Even "clearance" items are a few tens more expensive than elsewhere. You have to go through the warranty very much. Only then do you get what you actually automatically receive. They bank on the fact that most people are turned away.
