To be honest, I was promised that I could use it during my Event, change the currency and so on, yet that didn't work. Furthermore the connection of the Terminal kept on dropping and gave me errors.
I can not wait to give the Terminal back and be done with them, found the Amount I paid, was just a waste of money.
Service hotline is a disaster! We had problems with the card reader at least five times this year and have never received competent help. Hands off!!!!!!!!!
Already sent an email on Sunday to request a new card terminal, charging station and charging cable.
Until today (Wednesday) I received neither an answer nor a new device. Must continue to send guests away until we find another provider ..

They do not adhere to the appointments set with the Telephone Support. Very rude and disrespectful. Hardly unreachable.
Very bad experience with CCV. Support after 5 p.m. and bad at weekends. Callback requests are categorically ignored. The support is very unfriendly (Ms. Angela) is an impertinence as a customer. Dear Switzerland - don't touch CCV.
I recently ordered a terminal from CCV and am completely satisfied with their service. The seller explained everything to me in detail, the order processing worked without any problems and the delivery of the terminal arrived at my store on time. I was also contacted by the seller some time after the terminal was delivered, which is no longer a matter of course today. With the experiences I have made, I can only recommend CCV.

Unfortunately not recommended. The product and the idea behind it would be great. Unfortunately, SalesPoint often doesn't work with card payments.
After half a year I had to admit that it had no value and quit.
