Great atmosphere looks like a wonderful place to work.

I got several marketing calls from CCI South Africa on behalf of Smart Mobile. They insisted that they got my number from a "consumer data base", but refused to give me the details so I could follow up. I am therefore unable to determine who sold my name and number to them.
If you are making marketing calls you should be able to provide a caller with the necessary formation on where they got your details from. It is not enough to remove someone from the call list, because there is still a serious identify fraud risk.

Not answering phones
Cancellation not done.

How do i apply for a job? because i dropped my CV at careerbox and still no response. Does that mean my CV wasn't considered?

My brother went for an interview with them and they offered to pay him R3000 a month for working from 12midnight to 9am. Where on earth can you find public transport at 12midnight? they are taking advantage of the people.

Well run massive company. So impressed at their staff wellness program, they care for their employees and go to great lengths to get multiple different professions in weekly to assess and care for all. Levels of staff. Excellent initiative CCI

POOR SERVICE!!!! Did an upgrade over the phone with Yugen - no follow up - no delivery- Telkom has no record of the contract!! - nobody answers the phone - nobody responds to e-mails- Pathetic service !!!

The work culture is terrible here and the staff is not appreciated and treated as expendable. I would give it ZERO stars if I could.

poor customer service ,no comunication , they pretend to be Telkom and make promises that they cant deliver .

That was two weeks ago , so now its been a month and i still dont have my phones . CCI and TELKOM take your business and SHOVE IT WHERE THE SUN DONT SHINE

Shocking - no communication - don't answer phones. Cancellations that were requested weren't done!!!!
