CC's Coffee House Review

Great coffee. I recommend the Espresso 22 and their cold brew.

The epitome of a coffee shop. My friends and I sat here for hours and had a great time

Don't waste your time on the coffee, I've never heard of a coffee house that cant make coffee, to be fair you could already tell the milk was gonna be burnt by the time it was under the steam wand while the barista talked to her friend.

Kept going back to have more. Staff was great and coffee was amazing!

Best coffee around, I drink it black , so flavor is important.

Phenomenal customer service and atmosphere. Cultured. I love the boards where they allow artists, teachers, and local jobs to be posted.
Melissa is the absolute best! Restrooms. Lots of seating. Pastries & other deserts / breakfast food.
Onstreet / residential parking only. Better off walking to this location

Perfect coffee. I've been to several locations, the coffee (cappuccino and latte) is consistently good.

Great coffee and treats. Great place to sit and cool down and charge your phone!

Update-- I posted pictures with review and for reasons I will not go into, cCs coffee tracked down where I worked to ask me to take them down. The pictures were of the long line and lots of customers in the location to make the point they are rude and turning down business. Also they contained the picture of the horribly rude manager. I live and work in the neighborhood and am a bit offended that they infringed on my life like this.

So lots of tour guides bring their tours here just before 9 pm, and the staff is SO rude to them. Telling them that they can't use the restroom after 9, even if they were in and had ordered well before that. Also telling people in line they can't order even if they were in line. Why this location doesn't stay open until 9:30 is beyond me. They should look at their sales and see the spoke just before closing. There are not many options for people with children in the area, and you think CC's would appreciate the business.

Peaceful oasis in the middle of the French Quarter! Service is always great here. Not only are they quick but they are very friendly. Prices here are also very reasonable.

If u r looking for a starbucks-like coffee shop near French Quarter, CC is the answer. Friendly amd staff with good coffee.

Love this place! Made my trip complete having a good coffee house nearby.

Fast and friendly service. They also have a charging station if you need it. My phone was almost dead (and needed it to get an UBER later). I walked in with the intention of getting a coffee, but this was a plus!

Chill coffee house, good place to escape the heat, decent coffee and I liked the blondie

It's a hot day in October. I simply wanted the regular brew over ice. I was told that the only cold coffee I can order is cold brew, I explained my situation as being pregnant and unable to have that much caffeine, I was looked at like I was the idiot and no other solution was offered. I was not able to simply get a cup of ice either. Seems like a random "policy" to not allow someone to have ice in their coffee at a coffee shop.

Cc's is a great coffee shop, always has good service and the best coffee.

I loved the coffee and I visited this place quite a few times while in New Orleans. They have wonderful products and the service was great. It's nice to have a quiet place to recharge or enjoy a good chat.

This is by far the worse coffee house ever. I mean the coffee is great, but no matter what you order. You'll get what they make you. The baristias never know what they are doing, nor do they know the lingo. I feel that the phrase "double tall (insert flavor) latte" is pretty self explanatory. Yet only two people who work in this coffee house know what it means.

Great place to get a kick ass smoothie for morning functionality and wasnt nearly as crowded as cafe du monde

The staff here are very nice, and they get your order done right and quick! Prices are on point as well. Found a java joint for my morning coffee!

Very historic and out of the fast pace of the French Quarter

This is my kinda place I went here every morning and a couple times later in the day great atmosphere coffee pastries and smoothie's for those hot days in the french quarter try it

Great coffee and beverage selections, yummy pastries baked in-house, friendly staff who genuinely enjoy being there and remember your name. Fresh selection of regionally produced bagged coffees. Fancy coffee-brewing housewares at pretty reasonable prices... All this and local art on the walls, local music playing at a volume that does not prohibit intimate conversation. I absolutely adore this place.

The center of Quarter-rats existence - the staff is exceedingly awesome

Cute little coffee house. Fast service, plenty of seating even at noon. Staff was great! Great coffee. And a great chicken salad sandwich!

Been here twice while I've been on holidays, great coffee and excellent service, plus free wifi and a nice atmosphere. Ordered a Latte and Soy cappuccino both times.

I really enjoyed this cafe. The latte was very good, and the setting very nice and clean.

It was nice to sneak into this cozy little place away from the monotony of the streets of NOLA. I got a refreshing Turtle blended drink. Very refreshing after the humid heat had bogged us down. It was a nice recovery spot to recharge both ourselves and our phones before we went back to the party!

The cashier rang my order up wrong and then proceeded to get mad at me for her mistake. She then took 5 minutes trying to figure out how to void the order & ring it up again.. On top of that, the chai tea latte is just milk with some tea bags in it. Didn t even bother bringing it back because the customer service was so terrible.

Great coffee at a reasonable price, and more of a local feel than a chain.

Not all that. Food was ok at best. Staff was not welcoming definitely not worth going back to or recommending

Cozy local coffee shop with outstanding service right in the french quarter.

So much better than Starbucks. So, so, so much better. Nice ambience, employees are all nice, the coffee is bomb (and they've got almond milk for us lactose-intolerants). I only wish there were more locations, haha

Standard issue coffee shop on a corner of a historical neighborhood. Coffee is good. Service was nice. Bathroom was clean.

This restaurant is authentic and delicious! We all had something different. The salads and paninis are delish!

There is a long wait because they prepare everything fresh, which is totally worth it, but don't go there if you're on a time crunch.

The espresso was perfect too. This is a wonderful gem to have in the area. I highly recommend it.

They require you to purchase something in order to use the restroom , WHAT RESTAURANT DOES THAT!!!!???
