Their product is fine, I object to their marketing and the demonization of GMOs.

These team was awesome . Appointment was at 6am we checked in 5:55am right away assigned us a door at receiving office and in less than a hour we were unloaded. Very fast and polite.

The place is ok. You need to go inside the facility to check in ( You can drive inside with the truck)Then they will tell you to wait outside for them to call you. I got a door 20 minutes after I checked in, but I waited to be loaded 7 hours and 45 minutes. I checked in at 16:00 and left the place at 23:45.
I don't enjoy waiting that long. They don't respect drivers' time.

Expect long wait. Make you park off the road. No facilities at all!
Appointment for 13:00. Now it's a 17:48 just backed into the door and shipper told me that they are still putting order together!!!

Forget HOS !!! you'll be out of hours before they finished!

Great place to work. I love everyone here. Super happy. The training needs improvement. But other than that I'm glad I started working here over 6 months ago.
Still here over a year later. Changed departments, total upgrade. Super happy. Great boss too. I enjoy coming in to work. Been here 1 1/2 yrs now.

4 stars for effort..they have improved their loading time over past year. 5 stars for their products...aint no better.

BE PREPARED TO BE HERE A WHILE...product shortage from the line happens. You can generally disconnect and run to the store etc but LET THEM KNOW!!
NO overnights around plant or parking at all. Just no room. Space for maybe 3 -4 trucks on street if you can get one.

No parking space! You have to park and wait for warehouse call outside the facility, sitting on the shoulder of the road.

Checked in @11:00 am for an 12:00pm appointment. The woman at the shipping office sent me to park somewhere on the street. At 8:40 pm got a door, @01:15 am paperwork was ready. Very, very slow.

Easy in and out. Quick loading and free yogart. Thank you. Love their yogarts.

Got here at 14:41an chkd in it is now 00:07 an still have Not been called to get loaded.....

This is one of the worst shippers I have ever seen I'm here 8 hours so far I'm in a dock 6 hours so far and my trailer is empty, drivers if you have a choice cancel their load or get ready to spend 24 hours with no food around here.

Not a good place to get a load. I'm here here for 15 hrs at door and not loaded yet. No body could tell me why and no information about the load.

I am a class a CDL truck driver in sometimes I don't get it let's pretend you have 20 pallets to load on me and you have adequate health in your shipping department on forklifts Jesus Christ what do I have to see her for hour after hour after hour this should be a good place for a team shirts to come in so you have the best people getting paid a living wage and keep your yogurt on the road into its eventual destination I get paid by the mile when I sit here forever it's kind of frustrating

I can t speak as a trucker or employee, but my friends and I stopped by here recently, not realizing the visitors center had closed two years prior. However, Marlene at the front desk was awesome and warm-hearted during our brief visit - big shoutout to her!

This will probably be deleted because truth isn't something these folk are interested in. They used children to spread fear about GMOs in a recent ad campaign. Sell your product on its own merits, not anti science lies.

Yogurt isn't bad, company ethics are abysmal. Their use of fear-spreading to sell their product is shameful. Won't buy again until they clean up their act.

Hey truck driver once you see this warehouse cancel it or you will wait all day long for get loaded shipper lady very very disrespectful for driver she is kinda trucker hater really bad attitude to trucker

It took 15 hr to get a dock and still they are saying it s going to take 4to 5 hr to load the truck

Finally we got paper work after 24 hr we checked in 5pm Friday now its 5:30pm Saturday

I heard from someone Friday Saturday are worst for truckers to pick load from here

Stonyfield has been banning/blocking people and deleting pro-science comments ever since they posted a horrible anti-GMO vid that used children to spread misinformation and fear-mongering.
They then posted a status with 4 points, when people addressed those points it also resulted in comments being deleted and people being banned/blocked.
They also pretended that someone simply didn't reply back to them, while they...you guessed it...blocked them.
There's a group of currently 877 people on Facebook that have been treated in this manner by them.
The group is called 'Banned by Stonyfield', it's a public group filled with screenshots of what people commented that got them banned, check it out if you have the chance.
I added 2 screenshots to show examples of some of the deleted comments/blocked people, I got rid of names and photos except for Dr.Folta's since he's a well known science communicator (his comment got deleted and he got blocked as well), I also added the Stonyfield status in question (They have deleted it now), the screenshot of them calling out the person they blocked and an image showing just how many fingers Stonyfield has in the "organic pie" (besides funding a chunk of that horrible documentary 'Food inc').
Do not trust this company.
To them you're just a gullible idiot with too much money, and if you dare question them you must be a 'troll'.

If I could give negative stars I would....Read the reviews and abide by them....1400 appointment....Showed up at 1306 and put in a door at 1500....It is now 2000 and nobody has even touched me.....Stay far away.....Will be letting the whole trucking community know what kind of dump this place is to put it nice

My daughter loves their yogurt. Even though I usually don't care to pay extra for Organic products, her happiness is worth the extra cost. I'm disappointed by the anti-GMO stance and dishonesty in some of their marketing. I would love the opportunity to set the record straight on these topics, but I was banned from their Facebook.

The women working in the shipping and receiving department is absolutely rude! She definitely should check her attitude before coming into work! She always as a attitude! They also have you wait 45mins to a hour after they load you up to get bills!

15hrs waiting to get loaded... 12of those hrs backed into the dock...

23:00 p/u. Didn t get door til, 3:45am. Wasn t loaded til around 8:00 am. On a good note there is some parking on the street, and plenty of room to maneuver

They were extremely fast loading me there is no room to park overnight but their is a pilot truck stop 30 minutes away so that is helpful

I didn't see anything particularly fabulous about the yogurt. It's as good as any of the other common brands on the shelf.

What left a bad taste in my mouth was the way they deleted constructive criticism that was handed to them after they used (in the pejorative sense) children to misrepresent science and make inaccurate claims that denigrate the safety of biotechnology.

I'm a science teacher. My feedback was valid and in no way abusive. Yet they deleted my comments, blocked me from interacting with them and called me a troll.

Also, I heard their yogurt is full of bacteria.

Arrived an hour early and still took 7 hours to get loaded with my reefer running with the back doors open for 5 hours

they loaded us three hours early. The lady in the check-in office is very nice. Great company, and lots of free yogurt

Appt 8 AM arrived 8:30am , 9:45 am got my paperwork back. Easy in and out.
They start receiving at 6 AM, but you can come in early and park on the shoulder, it can fit about 7 rigs.

Great place to work that takes into consideration the consumer, customer, farmer, and the earth.

Was formerly employed here very mismanaged from top to bottom! World class??!!? I think not!

Great product! But an awful company to work for!! They go for 4 or 5 hours without giving you breaks, and was out sick even with a doctor's note and they let me go.

They lost my time and day. Stupid TONU for $150 for holding me whole day. 5-6 trucks waiting here for hours. dont say you havent been warned

Great experience for a weekend pickup. 2100 appointment. Showed up at 1900. Out of the gate at 20:00 with 32K of product = happy trucker. Don't know how things are during the week.

Did a pickup there and shippers were great. Even though I was about 4-5 hours late they took me in and put me right in a door. Got a couple hour nap while they were doing what they had to do and got me out. Nice place to haul a load out of

The people there are friendly. Specially the girl behind the glass in Shipping and receiving. Always greets me with my name. I would give it more stars but sometimes they take forever to load or unload you. No overnight parking but there's a side of the street after exiting the place. You can park there but it's on your own risk. They placed signs saying "No Parking". There's a Truck Parking going back to I-93. Sunoco Truck Stop with a Great Dinner. If you arrive early, you might find a spot.

I love there strawberry yogurt yo kids! So creamy and there are no strawberry chunks!

It's been over 13 hours for loading, and paperwork. Do you make your paperwork from scratch? I don't understand why it takes so long for paperwork... I have had a green light to go for two hours, and still no papers. Lucky for me I'm only going halfwayacross the country with this and I only have about a day and a half to get there. Great products that are environmentally friendly! With packaging, production, etc., these products are made to be Earth-friendly! Milk is produced at small organic dairy farms all across the US, which is awesome. A large amount of what they sell is packaged and created right in their headquarters in Londonderry, NH! They truly stand by their mission: Healthy People, Healthy Business, Healthy Food, Healthy Planet

0 Stars business does not even have their own product ready to ship and wants truck drivers to wait all day!

Easy in, easy out. Yard workers are helpful, the shipping staff is professional, and you've got plenty of room to get your door. They can take a bit to get you loaded, but it's never been more than two hours.

Be aware that they also run loads of pallets to their suppliers for reuse, and if you get one of those be sure to secure the loads before you leave. They're often over packed, improperly stacked, and prone to falling.

Always get loaded in good time frame and lots of friendly people

Worst employers you can ever find , shipping and receiving are very disrespectful with Drivers very very rude.

Big beautiful place. One Way Inn. One Way Out. Some parking on the street. Limited. And of course there's yogurt is delicious

Just tried the new Double Cream yogurt and I am very disappointed. It is too thick, too much fat. I was very happy with Oh My Yog which you have discontinued which had cream only on the top, had a great taste , less fat, more potassium. I bought the Oh My Yog /Strawberry and Blueberry which both seemed to sell out rapidly. Please bring Oh My Yog back. I would rate Oh My Yog 5 Star.

Coming first time to pick up load but very lazy loading take 6 hours

I was here 6 months ago and the load me quick but now that I'm doing a delivered to this place they are so slow for receiving I had a 7 am appointment and checked in at 6:30 they give me a door right away but I I being her for almost 24 hrs and they have not even touch my freight this people are the worst people to work.

The place is a black hole pack a lunch and a dinner you'll be there forever

They're owned by Groupe Danone which has fought tooth and nail against the labeling of GMO's. Every major corporation that is against GMO labeling have been buying up Organic food producers at an alarming rate to undermine the healthy Organic food movement. Spread the word and please don't send your money to the enemy!

Appointment was for 2100 hour for here at 1600 hour. They say they will call when they have asap. They finally call at 1800 got into a dock and now its 0015 hours they just call talking about to come and sign the paper work. The front dest people was very nice and polite but they need to work on the loading and unloading crew.

Bad place take for ever to get loaded. Shipping really need to get personal that do there job instead of talking about how frustrated was her weekend. HR need to hire qualified personal. Bad place to get a load

Not a real farm, just a production brand. They have their milk shipped in dehydrated blocks from Australia. If you want real local dairy products buy Cabot instead. They are a farmer coop.

Its a fairly tight facility but people have always been very pleasant to deal with. Reefer trucks go in the first entrance through the old car parking lot and all the way around the building and check in right next to loading docks. They do take awhile to load but they are extremely short staffed so its nothing personal if it takes awhile, they always do the best they can.

They USED to make good yogurt NOT anymore. I like their whole fat blueberry yogurt but now you have to buy the Apple yogurt along with the blueberry. Its VERY disappointing. They need to increase their selection on whole fat yogurt BECAUSE IT TASTES BETTER.

Took right at 10hrs to be loaded..1st off it was supposed to be pre-loaded ..But wasn't..So 1st shift guy didn't tell 2nd shift more pallets needed to be loaded soo I suffered..
