CC's Bridal Boutique Review

Marilyn was my stylist and she was amazing! She was so sweet and professional- respected my budget but found me the most perfect gown for my big day!! I couldn't have had a better experience or be more pleased with my decision! I'm definitely taking my mother and bridesmaids to Cc's in st. Pete for their dresses!! Now I really can't wait for my big day!!

I went to CC's to try on dresses for the first time with NO idea what I wanted to be wearing on my wedding day. Savannah was amazing! She was super helpful, gave awesome feedback and took everything including the time of year and location of my wedding to help me find the perfect dress! I went to other boutiques and tried on dresses after being at CC's and nobody compared to Savannah! She made wedding dress shopping so easy!

CC's in Tampa was the first Bridal Shop I visited in search of my wedding dress. I felt welcome as soon as I walked in the door. Seeing my name and wedding date on the "Welcome" sign for the day was such a sweet touch! Marilyn was extremely helpful and confident. She looked at my inspiration photos, then got to work putting me in dresses that looked great on me and matched my vision. About halfway through my visit she put me in a dress that was different than I originally envisioned and I fell in love! I am so appreciative of Marilyn's expertise and intuition to help me find my wedding dress style!

I loved my experience at CC's Bridal Boutique. Shelbie made me feel so comfortable, and she was patient as I tried on my favorite dresses numerous times. I would highly recommend going to CC's for your wedding dress. They have so many beautiful dresses, and really had an idea of my sense of style. If you go, request Shelbie! :)

Ariana was an amazing consultant. She let me know where their dresses range from in price. I explained to her what i was looking for and showed her an idea as well. The very first dress she put me in i fell in love with. She told me to try on others to make sure, this was the one. We went back to the first dress & i said YES to the dress.

After visiting two other bridal salons that left me feeling disappointed and pressured, a friend suggested I check out CC's Bridal.

As soon as I walked in, I knew this boutique was different. The store was beautiful and the ladies at the front immediately made me feel comfortable and welcomed!

My bridal consultant was Savannah and she is INCREDIBLE!!! She took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for in a gown. We instantly clicked! She brought me dress after dress that fit perfectly with my style and were well within my budget. I was so pleased to say YES to the dress with Savannah!

I can't thank Savannah and the ladies at CC's Bridal enough for making my bridal shopping experience such a pleasant and fun experience for both me and my mom. I would recommend CC's to any bride looking for her dream gown!

Marilyn is the best bridal consultant! After seeing her interact with my aunt I HAD to have her for my gown appointment. She is so in tune with what brides are looking for and she never once took me out of my budget. I recommend her and all of the CC's bridal of Tampa staff. We are always greeted with a smile and everyone seems like they genuinely love what they do. I cant wait to have my dress altered so I can work with their amazing seamstresses. I recently bought a dress from the ivory and location, and have since tried it on again last Thursday night for my bridesmaids. I tried on the dress, and my customer service girl couldn't find the belt that I had chosen with the dress (which they told me they had wrote down in my "file" when I actually purchased the dress. It took her about 5 belts until I had to show her the picture on my phone, all the while my bridesmaids sat waiting. This was AFTER a complete and utter fail on the ordering process on my actual dress, which was ridiculous. I was first told there was only one dress left in stock- come to find out a week later this was not true. I was then told the dress was ivory, and they wanted to check and make sure before ordering... I didn't hear back for over a week and then I called and they said "oh yes, it's actually oyster". Flash forward to today, Wednesday, 6 days after I tried on the belt and dress with my bridesmaids, and I STILL haven't heard from the bridal shop about the cost of the belt, or if the alterations woman would be able to make it for me. In the shop last Thursday I was told I would be called Friday. That did not happen. I have tried to call the store three times today with no answer, message option, or anything. I am appaled at the customer service that I have been shown, and if I hadn't already made a purchase I would take my business elsewhere. I would REALLY appreciate a call from someone to tell me what is going on with the price of the belt I agreed to purchase. I am planning to leave this as a review on google as well.

CC s Bridal Boutique is the only way to go! Book your appointment with them now. Ariana is the best! In January, a few friends and my mom and I went to CC s in Tampa for my first dress search appointment. Everyone was very helpful and welcoming and immediately brought us back to our own dressing area. Ariana helped me find my dress by asking what kinds of features I was looking for and then she picked the best possible options! Ariana is so knowledgeable about all types of dresses and fits and is the sweetest! She was truly such a pleasure to work with! Literally the first dress Ariana pulled and had me try on was the one, the perfect one that was way better than I was even expecting and imagining! We all had a very fun and easy experience with Ariana and CC s and that s how it should be! Thank you so much Ariana and CC s!!

I was referred to CC's by my best friend. Savannah had her hands full when I walked in because I had no clue what I wanted and I am a very picky person. She was so patient and kind with me but most importantly she actually heard me. She listened to every suggestion that I had, even if it was super nitpicky and she ended up pulling my dream dress off the racks. Savannah really cared about my family and I during this process. My mother is Deaf and Savannah even learned how to sign "Are you saying yes to the dress?" in ASL so my mom could feel included. I could not be more grateful for her help. I would recommend this boutique to anyone looking for their perfect dress!

My mom and cousin (Maid of Honor) flew in last weekend to try on dresses throughout Tampa and Saint Petersburg. We found CC's to have the best selection of dresses (we wen to both Tampa and St. Petersburg CC's, but I felt Tampa's selection was better). Bianca was my bridal consultant and she was very helpful and knowledgeable! ended up saying yes to the dress by Sottero and Midgley! I really like how they order a brand new dress for you and not one off of the rack. Plus I received a $250 gift certificate which I can use for alterations and my bridesmaids will be able to have 15% off their dresses which is awesome!

Stopped in today to make an appointment, and the lady at the reception desk rudely informed me that unless I had $1500 to purchase a dress I couldn t make an appointment. I was extremely put off that someone would make an assumption about what my budget is without even asking me first. She was completely unwelcoming and has definitely lost my business.

Marilyn is an absolute dream! On my birthday all I wanted was to go shopping for my wedding dress and it was fun but I was disappointed because I tried on so many dresses and could not find one that I loved. The next week, my mom and I went to CC s and Marilyn was my consultant. I explained to her what I was looking for and told her I really did not want a strapless dress. She brought out many beautiful dresses within the budget that I gave her but none of them were the one . Finally Marilyn said that she knew I didn t want a strapless dress but there was one she thought I would love considering everything else I wanted in a dress. She brought out an absolutely stunning strapless dress with the most gorgeous lace I ve ever seen. I instantly knew that was the one and bought it! To this day, I ve never seen a more beautiful dress. Marilyn and both of the seamstresses were all such a pleasure to work with and helped make sure the dress fit me perfectly!

I don't even know where to start! The staff is so friendly and make you feel like family, the quality is great, the prices are great. Jamie was amazing and so helpful and all the other staff are so sweet and helpful as well. Me and my bridal party and mom had such a fun time with me (the bride) trying on dresses. I loved that me and my girls were in our own room so other people can't see what i try on, unlike davids bridal. I am beyond excited to wear my dress on the day of my wedding and i can't thank CCs enough for helping me through the wedding dress process. I am in LOVE with my dress! Thank you so so so much CC Boutique you girls are amazing and so sweet!!

Marilyn was truly amazing! She was patient, extremely knowledgeable, and professional. I had a wonderful experience here! It was dramatically different from the other stores that we visited. I was never pushed into a dress or shown one out of budget. The service was wonderful! Marilyn and Holly helped fit every sample dress perfectly to my body to let me see exactly how it would look after alterations. They even fit me back into the schedule a few hours later to bring back more people to look at the top two dresses. Marilyn truly listened and understood what I wanted and what would look best on me. Thank you CC's and Marilyn for helping me say yes to the dress!

First and foremost upon walking into CC s Bridal I felt nothing but welcome. I was so lucky to have Savannah to help me find the perfect dress. She listened to exactly what I wanted and encouraged me to try on dresses outside of what I envisioned. I would go back to CC s bridal a million times. Friendly service, reasonable prices and gorgeous dresses starting at $99! Not the ones you dont want that you see for that price at other stores but beautiful ones. Highly recommend them.

I came into CC's Bridal and met Savannah. She not only was extremely sweet, but was so much help when looking for dresses. I told her exactly what I wanted, and she pulled dresses that were my exact style and what I wanted. She listened to everything I had to say and was so much fun to be around! If you are looking for someone that listens to you with the sweetest personality I highly reccomend Savannah!

Ok, where to start?!

My experience at CC's was (and continues to be) above and beyond phenomenal. They are exceedingly knowledgeable, considerate of budget, and flexible. MAKE SURE you make an appointment - this is a boutique bridal shop experience, and you will get the most out of the store by making sure you can be fully attended. This is not a big box store where you browse rows and rows of dresses just to get more and more confused. You bring them details and images of styles and ideas you think you might like and they select the dresses from a huge cache in the back and bring them to you. They know what they're doing and EVERY dress I tried on was spot on in terms of what I was looking for. As someone who gets herself too worked up and confused by too many options, this set up is ideal. They also have a huge selection of lovely designer dresses so that, if you have a specific dress in mind, they probably have it and you can try that on, too!

The in-store experience is fun and unique - I love that they have little alcoves for each bridal party to relax in while the bride tries on her gowns. For someone who is typically anxious about being in the center of attention, the privacy from other parties went a long way in making my experience more comfortable. I never felt pressure from Savannah to rush at all - each appointment is 90 minutes so you have plenty of time!

I worked mostly with Savannah, who is the sweetest associate you could ever know, and has immense knowledge of styles and selection. Shelby was a huge help in a situation I will get to momentarily, and the other associates are also all so kind and invested in making sure you have a good experience.

The situation I referenced is that - like I said I tend to get myself confused by choices so...- I bought a dress that the group of family and friends I came with loved and loved me in without taking enough time to really feel if it was the dress I loved me in. I called almost a month later and Shelby was able to stop the order and credit my in store account so that I could come back. They scheduled me for a second shopping trip and I came by myself to talk with Savannah (and Shelby! And other associates who came to talk to me because they were invested in the outcome!) about my concerns, focus in on what exactly I wanted to look and feel like in my dress, and kindly and patiently brought me dress after dress. She let me talk myself through what I liked and didn't, then she would take note of what I said and help me narrow down my own thoughts.

I needed such a supportive and hands on experience to really find THE DRESS. I do feel though that they are each trained to meet every bride where she is in terms of what she might need in her buying experience. If you need more hands off, I am certain that they can provide a hands off experience.

They are also very kind and supportive and I felt beautiful and bridal every moment. I am so excited to continue working with the team at CC's when my dress comes in, and I recommend them to any bride looking for a dress in the Tampa Bay area.

They have dresses for all budgets as far as I know, my first gown was 1K, my final choice was 2K, and I think that they have gowns up to 5K and below $900. So it's just a matter of where you're comfortable, budget wise.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER with Ariana!!!!! She was very considerate as to what I had in mind and found the most perfect dresses for me to try. She was very good about ready my expressions as to what I did and didn t like. She made myself as well as my friends and family very comfortable in my dress hunting. The entire staff was polite and always smiling. This was the first time that it actually hit me that I m going to be a bride. Ariana was very conscious of MY budget (even though my sister set a different one for me) and they have multiple things for allllll different ranges. The most exspensive dress I tried on apparently happened to be my least favorite. Lol

What a great staff and Marilyn was da Bomb .she treated my Baby girl like the bride she is to be. Very respectful of budget and hit a home run with the dress.

Morgan and her staff are the best! We have been here multiple times to interact with her and the staff and they are always friendly and take the time to make sure you are taken care of! Highly recommend them to any bride in the Tampa Bay area!

Plus size brides beware! So, I ve debated and put off writing this review (and it s been a while, but I m pretty sure I haven t written it yet), but it still makes me upset when I think about it these three years later, so I m just going to do it. Most of the staff at CC s Bridal were great and the seamstress was really nice and helpful. One woman, however, was very unpleasant. I did get the feeling that I was out of the ordinary for them as a plus size bride, but it could ve been mostly in my head. My consultant L , however, seemed to go out of her way to make me feel uncomfortable and fat. She made covert snide remarks, half-assed my appointment a little and when I ended up falling in love with a dress in spite of all of this talked about my body as if she were embarrassed for me. Later, when I arrived for a fitting, I saw another bride with her group of bridesmaids that had just purchased her dress. She and her group also happened to be plus sized, which honestly lifted my spirits a little because I had proof that I wasn t the only plus sized bride that had ever shopped there (which I had started to suspect based on some of the behavior). As I sat across the room from this bride, I watched as that same consultant thanked her and every other member of her bridal party and then, just looking at me (and having seen me several times before for fittings and whatnot), assumed I was part of her bridal party and began to thank me. When I corrected her quietly and politely, she replied (and I quote), Oh, sorry...you all look the same to me. I hate to admit it, but that made me really sad. She wasn t the only one to make me feel this way, but she was the most blatant. This was before the phrase fat shaming had entered the general lexicon, so I didn t have a way to describe it to people, but it s definitely an accurate description of the treatment that I received from some of the staff there.

I bought my wedding gown at CC's this past weekend and had a wonderful experience. I was a little iffy because it is located in the mall but the staff is very friendly and helpful and I liked the quality of their dresses. Highly recommend this store! Lots of great designers.

I had the BEST experience here when looking for my wedding dress!! Marilyn was amazing and so patient with me as I had no idea what styles I wanted and helped guide me through the process. I finally found my dress my second time there and it was the last one I tried on, which was completely opposite of what I thought I wanted! She was so patient and so kind throughout the whole process and made it a very pleasant experience for me and my mom. Thank you Marilyn and the CC s team!

My experience at CCs Bridal Tampa was a great one! It was the first boutique I went to and Savannah made it a very comfortable and exciting experience. She listened to what my likes and dislikes were and was able to help me find the perfect dress in a timely manner. The store was so cute and much more inviting than other bridal stores I d researched in the area. I d definitely recommend CCs and ask for Savannah when you make an appointment!

Had an amazing experience looking for a dress here! I came in with a bunch of photos of dresses and started trying them on and didn't like a single one. The associate who was helping me told me she thinks she has the perfect dress, and sure enough I put it on and fell in love. They stayed within my budget and gave great customer service! They did an amazing job with alterations and making sure I had everything I needed, the way I needed it. They are easy to work with even if you live out of state like I do.

My first wedding dress appointment was at CC s Bridal Boutique and they are so good that I found my perfect wedding dress that day! I went to CC s because I knew 2 other brides in the past year who had purchased their dresses there and told me how great their service is. I got my dress from their Kennedy Boulevard location. It is decorated very cute in pink and white. I liked that they give you a very private, personal experience by assigning your appointment to a specific consultant and giving you an individual dressing room with an area for you to change in and out of the dresses and another area for your family, friends, and whoever you bring to sit. To me, this was a much better experience and helped me hone in on what was best for me and what I wanted than having to compete with other brides for mirror space and seeing what anyone else was trying on. My consultant Marilyn was very personable and knows how to do her job, is very knowledgeable of all of the gowns available, and you can tell she really cares and wants to help you find that perfect dress. I also got my alterations done at CC s by Tirijo. She is amazing and not only did the usual alterations of hemming, bustle, and taking the dress in, but also converted my dress corset back into a zipper with buttons and added an internal corset for support and structure on the inside of my dress. I looked exactly how I wanted to look as a bride on my wedding day thanks to CC s!

Went with my daughter and future daughter in law to pick out dresses for both brides. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and gracious. The consultants gave each bride a wonderful bridal experience. They even blindfolded the brides and brought them both out to the lobby so we could see the dresses together to make sure the completed each other. Dresses were gorgeous and they remained respectful of price point. Thank you.

Although I did not end up purchasing my wedding dress at CC's, I had a great experience with Ariana. She picked dresses that looked exactly like the images I brought and kept my venue and personal style in mind. Ariana even helped me narrow down the style that I ended up with.

You get your own private area to try on dresses, and enough seating for 3 guests. I highly recommended going to CC's to try on dresses!

I was so hesitant about shopping for a wedding dress in the first place - it's not exactly the day I've been dreaming of my whole life. But Ariana made it SO SO easy. She was fun, and I felt completely comfortable with her. I showed her a few photos of what I had in mind, and she brought in so many dresses that fit my description and my budget to a T - I had a hard time choosing because they were all perfect.

She is incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic and by the time you leave CC's, you'll want to invite her to your wedding.

The store itself is welcoming, and really personal and private. The family and friends I brought with me had plenty of room to sit and enjoy the time with me. Many of the other consultants who weren't working directly with me took the time to come see a few of my dresses and offer compliments and feedback.

Great shop, great experience, and now I have my dress. If you haven't made an appointment yet, you're doing yourself a disservice.

My experience at CC's Bridal Boutique was wonderful! I went well over my allotted time and my attendant (who I think was named Marilyn) was so patient with me. It was my first visit wedding dress shopping, and I tried on numerous dresses that fit exactly what I thought I wanted. They were close, but they weren't the one. Then my attendant suggested another dress that was a bit different than the rest, and it was perfect! I bought it on the spot and went nowhere else. I loved my dress and have never felt more beautiful. I should've walked in and told her to pick whatever she thought first! Thank you to CC's bridal!

Where do I even begin when it comes to Marilyn!! She is the epitome of awesome when it comes to someone helping you find a dress. She paid attention to every single detail, she was honest with her feedback, and she was very caring. I recently purchased my wedding dress from CC"s Bridal Boutique, and it was great experience! I worked with Marilyn who understood what I was looking for in a dress, but she also made thoughtful recommendations to skip certain dresses or bring in different ones based on my feedback. I'm petite, so Marilyn really took the time to showcase what the back of the dress would look like before clipping it on. She also was thorough with explaining how the dress would fall at the bottom. I tried on several beautiful dresses before making my decision. The whole experience was easy and fun! I initially made my appointment at CC's based off of reviews that I read online, and figured it would be helpful to share my experience!

Have you ever wanted to hug a place? That is how I feel about CC's. I had the most MAGICAL experience at their Tampa location. Savannah was my consultant and I cant say enough about her. She was personable, she listened to my wants/needs, and you could tell she just really wanted to make this experience and my big day special for me, and THAT meant the world. She pulled exactly what I wanted, and the tears were flowing! I think at one point I even asked her to be a bridesmaid? I had such a wonderful experience from start to finish, and I would recommend this shop to anyone!

I purchased my dress in August and Marilyn was FANTASTIC! Her energy, passion and knowledge is incredible and she made me feel so beautiful. My family and friends absolutely raved about her. She listened to me, was honest, and pulled the exact dresses I described and others that were so true to my personality! We went to a different boutique that morning and had a very bland experience so we could appreciate her expertise!!

I had the best experience shopping for my dress at this shop! The dresses were lovely and pricing was really affordable. Marilyn helped me find my dress and she was amazing! Her attitude was contagious and she really listened to what I was looking for in a gown. I would definitely recommend shopping here!

I have shopped at a lot of bridal shops in Tampa and this one was the best. I guess it is new to Tampa?? The CC's Boutique at International Mall was so cute, and they had the best selection of wedding gowns by far. I didn't purchase my dress there (we have had to postpone the wedding) but I highly recommend it to you.

P.S. they also have a HUGE selection of prom dresses. It's crazy...Great place to shop.

I could not have asked for a better experience when shopping for my wedding gown! The store has a lot of character, the dressing rooms are very large with plenty of mirrors, and the selection was some of the best I've seen. I can not say enough wonderful thing about the fabulous consultants! Marilyn was amazing! She listened to what I wanted and was very patient with me! I actually selected my gown from a trunk show that I was not going to attend. However, Marilyn called and told me I had to come, and I found the perfect the gown! She really was able to figure me out. I could never say enough good things about CC's, they are true professionals and become a very special part of the wedding process!

I made my appointment at CCs Bridal Tampa around 3 months ago, around the time that I booked my venue. We re getting married March 2020, but I wanted to get a head start. From the first email to my Saturday appointment at the beginning of June, everything was perfect Every bride researches designers and their inventory. Every time I found a dress I loved by a certain designer that I knew CCs carried, I called them to make sure they had it. I may have called at least 10 times, including the day before my appointment. Come time for the big day to actually try them on, Savannah was amazing! I probably broke a cardinal rule and brought 7 people with me, but she was so patient. Savannah made me feel so comfortable, as I had just had a baby in January, so I m not back to my ideal shape. We found my perfect dress, I had it on for like 15 minutes because I just didn t want to take it off and family was taking pictures, she was still so patient with us. Thank you!!! I can t wait to come in an get my dress. I can t wait for my big day!!

I got engaged 2 years ago and went dress shopping at a different location and I thought I had found the dress- but never ended up buying it. My experience was blah. We were crammed in a space it wasn t even its own room and the consultant said about 5 words as well as didn t listen to what I wanted, didn t have me pick out dresses with her and brought dresses out of my budget. Fast forward to this week, I went to the Tampa location and met with Lenore. This experience was night and day from the last. Lenore was AMAZING! We had our own little room area, She listened to me, she brought me to the back and showed me different options that she thought I might like and all options in my budget. She got to know my style and what I was looking for and I truly felt like she cared to find me the dress I loved- and I did in fact find it, and under my budget! Thank you so much to Lenore and CC s in Tampa for making this a positive memory for me and helping me find the dress of my dreams. When I said yes, she even asked if she could give me a hug. Such a genuine positive experience!! Find the perfect dress here and ask for Lenore!!

TWO PART REVIEW -- READ BOTH: This is my second review for the same sale and for this part of the experience -- I give CC's Tampa TWO stars.

My daughter purchased her gown from CC's Tampa where the sales and alterations experience was wonderful. Where CC's Tampa FAILED was at the end. They delivered a wrinkled gown and veil, despite our having paid extra for a final "steam" (a waste of $40). Also, they use the same size dress bag for all their gowns. Not so good for a full skirted gown. In addition, they left the bra cups of our heavy gown unstuffed which caused a partial collapse as the dress hung.

When we realized all this -- we turned to CC's St. Petersburg for help. Beth, the Manager there and Galina, their professional presser were phenomenal. At the eleventh hour, CC's St. Pete fully pressed the gown and veil, stuffed the cups, and packaged our full skirted gown in an appropriately sized bag for transport. The difference in how the gown looked after pressing was STUNNING!! Their customer service was outstanding! CC's St. Pete saved the day for us, and we are forever grateful.

MY ADVICE: If you buy your gown at CC's Tampa -- take it away after alterations and pay the extra money for Galina at CC's St. Pete to do the final press. Also, the two boutiques carry entirely different lines -- so shop them both. I'd start at CC's St. Pete since it is larger and it has Galina.

The boutique's ambiance and the calm professionalism of the staff was superb. Ariana met with my daughter, asked probing questions and listened carefully. The setting to try on gowns was private and perfect. Not only did Ariana nail it with gown #2 -- it was the one style my daughter thought she was not interested in. Suffice to say, after one more stop that in no way measured up to our experience at CC's, we went back to purchase the gown. We were so impressed by the attention to detail and wonderful management. There's more I could say but I think you get the idea. They could not do it better if they tried.

What a great experience!! We couldn't be more grateful to CCs wonderful staff! We had an appointment at another bridal boutique in the am and that turned out to be a disaster. My daughter called CCs and they got us an appointment THAT AFTERNOON!! We met Leary and she was great! She listened to what my daughter wanted, was extremely attentive and knowledgeable. Went for my sister. Ariana was very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job helping us find a dress. HOWEVER the sample dress was an 8 and it fit my sister but was a little tight. So when we went to order the dress Ariana recommended a 12. We disagreed and said a 10 would be fine bc the 8 was almost right. We were basically forced to order a 12 and when it came it was huge. Needed massive alterations and never looked the same. It was very clear that they ordered too big on purpose to force us to pay a lot for alterations (we took out alterations business elsewhere). It went from being a potentially amazing experience to really horrible.

Wonderful experience here and at their bridesmaid shop in St. Pete. All our guests commented how beautiful my dress was as well as my bridesmaids. Highly recommend shopping here for your wedding needs!

I came here with my daughter to help her find a Prom Dress for he Prom I have never been so satisfied the sales girls were great and they foumnd the dress she wanted She was elated and they even went out and set us up an appt for the following week with the seamstress so it would be ready for her event . I had the best experience with Marilyn at CC's Bridal in Tampa! She was super nice and very detailed about all the dresses I tried on! She knew exactly what kind of dresses I was looking for after showing her pictures. She pulled so many for me to try on because I wasn't 100% sure of what I really wanted. Then she told me about a dress that she thought I would look great in. I was a little skeptic about it after she told me the details of the dress. I told her there was no way I would look good in a dress like that and guess what!! I absolutely LOVED the dress and my face lit up as soon as I put it on! I said YES to that dress! A dress that I would never even think about trying on! Do not hesitate on coming here, it will not disappoint!

CC's Bridal made all of my wedding dress dreams come true! My bridal consultant Marilyn was THE BEST! I recommend all to request her! She was there for me every step of the way, listened exactly to what I envisioned for my dress and ended up finding the ONE for me! I would have never tried it on if she hadn't recommended it to me. Marilyn was wonderful! I went from being pretty convinced I'd not find a dress I liked to buying my dream wedding dress in about 30 minutes flat. Highly recommend to any bride! They go out of their way to make you feel special. My name was on the store front welcoming me in. My bridal party and family were given a private viewing room where I could come out to surprise everyone. Marilyn is the absolute best at what she does. She listen to what you want and can pull dresses based on your figure! She took me outside my comfort zone and put me in amazing dresses that still fit my budget. She made sure each dress fit my body perfect and when she saw my reaction in one particular dress she went out of her way to dress it up so I could wow my family and bridesmaids. I said yes to me dress and am so excited to see my finances reaction when I walk down the aisle.

Extremely rude, unprofessional and over priced. My daughter had an appointment earlier with this location but we accidentally went to the one inside the mall. They called to let the other store know that she came to that one instead. We finally made it to the Kennedy location and they refused to let her even try on any dresses, even though there were no other people using the dressing rooms and told us we would have to make another appointment for another day. We were coming from a long distance away and they were totally unaccommodating! Needless to say, we took our business elsewhere.

CCs has a huge selection of dresses, in all styles, for every budget. The store is inviting and clean, and the rooms are spacious. I tried on so many beautiful dresses and Ariana was wonderful! I actually had two appointments with her and each one she made me feel important and beautiful. She listened to me and showed me dresses that were exactly what I asked for. I never felt pressured to purchase a dress, and she was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk with. I highly recommend CCs, and be sure to ask for Ariana!

CC's was my first and last stop for my bridal gown! I loved the private rooms, they listened to exactly what I was looking for, and they were all very pleasant to work with! I used CC s bridal for my wedding dress alterations. I bought my dress from their sister store Ivory and Lace at Westshore Mall. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful throughout. However looking back I wish I had taken my dress in elsewhere for my alterations due to their extremely high prices. My seamstress was not very friendly, when I went in for my appointments I almost felt like I was wasting her time. She seemed annoyed or uninterested while I was there. When I told her I would be wearing flats for my wedding she said Really? Are you sure? ...
I will say she did a good job as far as the fit and hem. The day of my wedding my bustle didn t hold very well it broke after I sat down for dinner and I had to use a clothespin to hold it up for the reception.. not sure if that is normal or not. I would say if you re a bride on a budget I would shop around first.

Highly recommend CC s Bridal for your wedding dress needs! I found my wedding dress & veil here that exceeded my wildest dreams (and somehow fit my budget). Marilyn is an expert and so sweet. Compared to other bridal shops I went to in the area CC s was much more accommodating, professional, and had greater expertise due to years and years more experience. Their alterations service was also impeccable. I told Marilyn what I was looking for as I had a very particular idea in mind, and she brought multiple dresses to me without me having to comb through the racks myself, which was honestly a huge relief to me and made the experience much more relaxing. The dresses she brought me were exactly what I envisioned and after only the third dress she brought me I had found the one.

Worst wedding dress boutique ever!!! I picked out my dress and had it ordered, I missed work to go be fitted for alterations just to find out they ordered the wrong dress. I go back a second time to pick up my dress and they didn't give me any discount at all even though they knew they ordered the wrong dress made me cry and freak out. I am getting married in a week with not enough time to even try and get another dress. They are just horrible!!!!

I left my phone at your store and I was leaving for two weeks on a plane fight the next day. There was no way I'd make it to your store by the time it closed. So I asked you if you could leave it under your door mat. Not only were you so pleasant and concerned on the phone with me, but you also double wrapped my phone so it would get damaged or dirty. Good customer service is really hard to find. But you have it mastered. No other bridal store put in the time or effort with my girlfriend, trying to find her the best wedding dress possible. And we went to quite a few places. I just wanted to say thank you for everything!

I had a great experience at CC's! My consultant Savannah was so sweet & made me feel so comfortable the entire time. I ended up going twice, the first time with just my mom & the second time with my mom/bridesmaids. Both times, Savannah made the process so stress free and being a very indecisive bride, she did not make me feel any kind of pressure to decide or buy a dress that day (this is something I was worried about). After not being able to narrow down the exact style I was looking for, Savannah let me come to the back and pick out a couple of dresses & helped me decide on the one! Very snobby. I am a bridesmaid in my sisters wedding and wanted to visit a local shop to look for a wrap or shrug for over my gown which my sister had already purchased for me. The representative wouldnt even barely speak to me. There was literally no one else in the store. She insisted that they didn't carry or sell wraps or shrugs. So if you want to choose a local store to purchase wedding or bridesmaids gowns do NOT choose CC's as they do not have accessories to go with your gown.

I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience at CC's Bridal Boutique in Tampa! Ariana is the BEST. Hands down. She was so friendly, fun, knowledgeable, and efficient. Every dress she pulled for me was amazing. And after having a "not-so-wonderful" experience in the morning at a different bridal shop, she surpassed all my expectations. She pulled a dress for me that was stunning - I loved everything about it, except the straps at the top. I wish it were possible to give CC's more than 5 stars! I have to share about this divine appointment... I first met Lenore in June at a fundraiser for my non-profit a week after I got engaged. We immediately connected, she gave me her business card and told me to stop by CC's to see the trunk show. (Looking back that was confirmation #1) It being very early in my engagement I put her card in my wallet and continued on my path. Fast forward 4 months - my mom and bridesmaids planned a dress shopping weekend where we went to a few stores in Tampa to try on dresses, unfortunately we couldn t get an appointment at CC s but fortunately I didn't find THE DRESS I was looking for. I did a TON more research looking at all the Bay Area bridal shops, what designers they carry, looking for what I wanted by searching far, deep, and wide on the internet. Praying continually for revelation. I came across THE DRESS on CC s website, it had EVERYTHING I had been looking for all in one. Side note: right after I found it Lauren Conrad just posted an amazing blog about the designer I was looking into (confirmation #2, it s the little things right?) I called CC s and made a quick appointment to try on the dress during my lunch hour, without any bridesmaids or distractions. I didn t ask for any specific consultant but Lenore greeted me at the door and gave me a huge hug. (confirmation #3) She made me feel like the most special Bride in the world. Although I came in knowing what I wanted, she took me through the trunk show and showed me a few other dresses she thought I would also love. But when I saw my dress hanging up in her dressing room couldn t resist but try it first. This was IT! I knew. Trying to hold back my tears, I stood awestruck, I never felt so beautiful in my life.

I FaceTimed my mom and Bridesmaids and made an appointment for the next day to come all together and celebrate saying YES to the DRESS that would accompany me down the aisle to marry the love of my life.

Oh my gosh -- Where do I begin?! As a plus size bride, I was super nervous about wedding dress shopping, but my outlook completely changed after stepping into CC's Bridal Boutique. I happened to visit CC's during a trunk show weekend, which panned out in my favor! At the trunk show, new dresses are available for viewing and purchasing before they are officially released to stores later that year. This was a huge plus for me -- like how cool is it to purchase a dress that isn't even available yet!? I had my eye on one of the new dresses that was part of the trunk show, and let me tell you, the entire staff moved mountains to let me try it on! In fact, they even cut the inner lining (with designer approval) of a dress just so I could try it on!! I'm so thankful they did because it was THE DRESS.

My consultant was Brittany, and she was exceptional and super sweet! During my first visit, I showed her photos of what I was leaning toward and she brought me lots of options, which I loved! She also let me get a feel for the boutique, allowing me to pick a few dresses myself -- how awesome!? She didn't limit me and as a bride, I truly appreciated that! Also, in addition to Brittany, I met Shelby during my first visit! Shelby, just like Brittany, was super sweet and helpful during my consultation! Both ladies made me feel amazing and talked me up the entire time -- and they still do to this day! You may go into CC's hoping to find a dress but you leave with more than that <3 Honestly, from my very first visit to my very last, the entire staff was amazing! Thank you for making my experience everything and more!

CC's Bridal was the best experience and Ariana is the best consultant! I knew I was going to be a picky bride and had been to five stores all over Florida when I decided to go to CC's. I knew exactly what I was looking for and Ariana listened to everything I wanted, only pulled what I asked for, and was very respectful of my budget. She was very thorough and let me in the back to help look through options to customize my dress to what I was looking for. First time wedding dress shopping and I didn't expect to find a dress that was affordable or as unique like I had in mind. They had a sample sale going on at the time and I decided to just give it a try. To my surprise I found the perfect dress. I love it! It was a great price too. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was a wonderful experience.

This weekend I took my Daughter Analisa to CC's Bridal in Tampa the new location on Kennedy, which is Beautiful. We had Marilyn as our wedding dress consultant. She took us into a private alcove with beautiful white bench's and chairs, there was a wall to ceiling mirror and a platform for the bride to stand on. There was a little dressing room which she took Analisa into. Marilyn talked to Analisa in the private dressing room to get an idea of what she wanted to look like on her Big Day. Well, she paraded Analisa out in one dress after another that was simply Beautiful, and every dress was just Stunning on my Daughter. These dresses just got better and better. She listened to what Analisa wanted and every dress was her "dream dress". It was hard to choose, but Analisa knew exactly which one she was going to choose. So Marilyn took her back into the dressing room and tried on the third dress again, and this time Marilyn put my wedding veil on Analisa, and as she stepped out from behind the curtain we were all in TEARS!!! She was just Beautiful. This was the dress!!! So ladies if you are looking for a Beautiful wedding dress, and looking to stay in your budget, because Marilyn only showed Analisa dresses in the budget, and looking for that one on one beautiful experience then CC's Bridal is the place to be. And of course request Marilyn she was wonderful!!!! Thank you Marilyn and CC's Bridal for making my day with my Daughter one of the most special moments for me to cherish forever!!!!

CC's boutique saved my feelings of despair after leaving Jon's bridal. I recieved patience, respect and offered advice on aspects outside of their commission rate. I ended up purchasing my dress at CC's boutique at West Shore, however want to commend both locations on their awesome customer service. I came back to this location for some beautiful accent pieces I was in awe of when first visiting. Highly recommended!

I had a nice shopping experience. I ended up getting my dress in St. Pete even though it was one that the Tampa store also carried. The consultant in St. Pete, Monika, was very experienced and was able to help me find my dress. I don't remember who I had worked with in Tampa, but she was not able to put me at ease about getting a non-strapless dress and how the lace would turn out in alterations. As I later found out, maybe there is a reason for this. I decided to have my alterations done in Tampa becuase it's closer to my house and I was assured that they carried my dress and had worked on it before. When I went in for my second fitting, the sweetheart lace neckline of my dress was rounded - but only on one side. To get the top to fit me, they had to put 2 darts in the lace. It appears she sewed one side straight across - sweetheart, and the other at an angle - rounded. I was practically in tears after this. The dress had already been cut and sewn and the only way to fix it was to cut and sew more. It took 2 more fittings until my dress was in acceptable condition. It looked ok, but I feel like for $500 in alterations I was badly overcharged for the quality of the work. That total included a hem, american bustle, and 2 sets of darts. I can still see a difference in the 2 sides in my wedding photos - this is something no bride should have to live with, much less pay so much for. I also did not notice that the hem of the layer of the dress underneath the lace was really terrible. It looked like a 7 year old sewed it - bunched in places and uneven. You couldn't tell because it was underneath the dress, but it was just another indication of the quality of the alterations. If I had to do everything over again, I wish I would have gotten my alterations done in St. Pete and maybe they would have felt more of a committment to making me happy since that's where I bought the dress.

CC's bridal boutique (tampa location) saved my day!! we had already had a long first half of the day shopping for dresses that ended in discourgement and sadness, we called cc's in a panic and they told us to come on in. as soon as we walked through the door i felt so welcomed and encourgaged instantly. nikki and brittany were the two that helped me find my dream dress. they had the greatest hearts and wanted to assist me in any way possible. they made me feel so beautiful and confident. i am so thankful for them and their boutique. i HIGHLY reccomend CC's!! thank you ladies <3

My experience here was fantastic! I started the day across town at another bridal "boutique" where I was told first and foremost that my budget wasn't big enough and that I wasn't going to be able to find what I was looking for. I traveled to another store where I didn't see anything that caught my eye and after visiting 4 stores, I was pretty much OVER dress shopping. However, as I was leaving the last store to head home, I saw the CC's Bridal Boutique sign. I had seen the website earlier that day, but had completely forgotten about it in all the hustle and bustle of the day.

I went inside and they were able to see me even though I hadn't made an appointment. The store was so welcoming with beautifully scented candles, and overall was aesthetically pleasing. Marylin assisted me with my search. She listened to what I wanted, assured me that there was something in the store that I would love and she was absolutely right. She asked me what my budget was, but didn't point me to a bargain, clearance rack section of dresses. I tried on the first dress and was all smiles. By the 3rd one, my mom was in tears! We'd found a dress - in budget, in my size and it literally took less than an hour.
