CC's Bridal Boutique Review

Today was our first trip trying on dresses, and we didn't know what to expect. The staff at CC's was incredibly helpful and friendly. Natalia listened to our interests and visions, and helped me find the perfect dress. I didn't expect to find my dream dress on the first day looking, but I did! I cannot wait for my hubby--to-be to see me in this amazing dress!! Thank you to Natalia and the CC's staff for making today so special and fun!

I bought my wedding dress from this boutique. I had went to four other bridal salons and could not find a dress that had everything I wanted. I decided to give CC's a try as it was the last salon I planned on going to and am I happy I did! Shelbie was amazing and listened to everything I said I wanted. She picked the dress and I knew when I put it on that it was the dress I would walk down the aisle to. I picked up my dress today and it is just as beautiful as I remember and Shelbie was there to discuss some changes I wanted made. I am so happy I came to this salon (on my lunch break no less!) to look at wedding dresses. I found my dress and look foward to the alteration process and finally getting married in my dream dress.

Since the moment I stepped in the door they were very warm and welcoming. Ariana is amazing!!! I went in for a specific dress, had my mind set on it bc I thought it was the perfect dress. Ariana showed me the dress I wanted to see and a couple other dresses and one of those dresses turned out to be my dream dress. So thank you CC s and Ariana!!!!!

I am a Virginian bride and purchased a Stella York dress from CC's boutique while visiting in Florida for a weekend. I originally purchased my dress from the Clearwater location back in March and had the BEST experience while I was there. The ladies that helped me (without an appointment on a Saturday) were absolutely incredible.

Fast forward to August. I had to deal with the Tampa store as the Clearwater location closed for the season. I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about Christina K.

My dress arrived to me in Virginia mid August and was not the correct color. This was by no fault of CC's Bridal Boutique, it was an error by the designer. Christina worked closely with us and the designer to insure I would receive my dress in time for alterations (wedding date is 10\6). My mother and I must have called her just about every day to get an update while she was dealing with the designer and she was so kind to both of us every time we called (it had to be annoying).

My dress arrived to their shop yesterday afternoon and Christina sent us pictures to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. She shipped it overnight and I received it this morning. Everything is perfect and I can not thank her enough for all of her help!

The shopping experience I had at CC's was LIGHT YEARS beyond the service I received at other bridal shops in the area (South Tampa). My consultant, Savannah, was incredible.

CC's was my first stop when shopping for my dress and I felt no pressure whatsoever to purchase a dress right then and there, although I did end up coming back after visiting three other shops in Tampa and buying the first dress I tried on at that first appointment. Savannah was supportive in my shopping around, although I think we both knew that I had found my dress, but just needed to be sure.

Savannah was knowledgeable, polished, friendly, and most importantly, she was receptive to my feedback about what I liked and didn't like. I had some consultants at other shops tell ME what I should or shouldn't like in a wedding dress, but Savannah listened to me, asked me to show her pictures of what I liked, was respectful of my modest budget, and offered insightful and honest feedback when asked.

I would 150% recommend CC's bridal--and Savannah in particular--to anyone who is in the market for a wedding dress.

Please let me tell you that I had the BEST experience at this location. Especially with Ariana guiding me every step of the way. She was a gem! Her excitement was immediate. From getting to know my style and personality, to pulling dresses with the limited information that I gave her. She was kind, patient, and if you have the opportunity, request her! She will go above and beyond for you. They only take appointments, so be sure to have one to get the full bridal experience. Thanks again Ariana! You re a rockstar!!!

We were expecting a very special experience but I have to be honest it was the worst experience we could have had. They just crammed people in like a heard of elephants. We waited over 30-40 minutes to be seen, and we had an appointment, and not one person came over to us. We finally had to go up and ask what was going on. You would think when you are looking to spend $2500-$5000 on a wedding gown that you would be treated better but sad to say not. Also all their gowns were disgusting filthy. My daughter felt like she needed a shower after we left there. We went to another place in Tampa called the white magnolia after this and it was a totally different experience. They made us feel special, there weren't crowds of people and they really tried to know what we wanted. I would skip this place if you want to enjoy your experience of finding the right gown as they really need to get their act together.

This was one of the best experiences of my life. Marilyn was super helpful and excellent at navigating my indecisiveness at what I wanted. My friend and I saw a dress on a manikin and decided it would be to small to try so we walked by it. Later we asked if it was available in a slightly bigger size she said no, but if you want to try it, I can definitely make it work. Immediately after putting it on, it became the dress to beat, and we just couldn't, even after trying similar styles.

Marilyn was super fun, not pushy, and got the job done.

Every dress we tried on, weather it was way to big or why rto small she did an amazing job of showing you how it would look, and explained all the details of the dresses.

CC's has the BEST dress selection and was so accommodating! The staff knew exactly what I was looking for, and their seamstress was PHENOMENAL!

I had the absolute best experience at CC s! Not only is their boutique beautiful, but it was intimate and I felt like I was a star to all the employees there! I loved how private our room was, it fit my mom, sister, future mother in law and future sister in law (with lots of room to spare!) and my dressing room was separate enough I had plenty of time to breath and just enjoy the dresses alone. Savannah was the absolute sweetest! She knew exactly what my style was and helped me find THE ONE! And she made me feel beautiful in every single dress. About a week after I said YES to my dress, she sent me the sweetest card in the mail! I was lucky enough to go during a trunk show which is where my dress actually came from. They had so many affordable options, they didn t make me feel at all limited by my budget! Would highly recommend CC s, and specifically Savannah! This is an experience you are supposed to truly enjoy, and that is exactly what happened here!

Went to cc bridal just to look for wedding dresses and try on what I like and what I don t like.... well I FOUND THE DRESS!!! All thanks to Leary for helping me. My mom and I had sucha blast with her! She was great and over all we had an amazing experience!

Ariana is AMAZING! I came all the way from Chicago to Tampa to find my wedding dress and it was one of the first ones she picked. She really took the time to listen and hear exactly what I had in mind. Ariana is so knowledgable and genuine, I had such a great experience. Would definitely recommend her to other brides.

I had a full day of dress shopping went I met Cassie at the Tampa location if CC s Boutique. I had already decided on a very particular look when I walked through the door. Cassie was my consultant and she was so helpful and funny and kept up with the mood of my bridal party. She was so amazing helping me in and out of dresses and making sure I felt great about them all. She was sweet and kept up the pace so that I could make the most of our appointment. Plus, the prices are so reasonable, compared to all the other local places. Go here and request Cassie!

BRITTANY IS WONDERFUL!! I can't sing her praises enough. From the moment my bridal appointment began, she made me feel comfortable and special. She did not rush me and listened to the vision I had for my dress. She never let me feel overwhelmed by the opinions of my family and even took the time to speak with me privately about how I felt about each dress. After having a mediocre experience at David's Bridal, I went to CC's Boutique because of their sale collection. I walked in after doing Christmas shopping the Monday before Christmas. I tried on a few of the sale dresses with the help of Bianca. She was professional, helpful and accommodating. After talking with Bianca I made an appointment to see their reserve collection. A lot of the sale dresses had been somewhat worn and if you purchase a sale dress it comes as is. I'm sure if I had spent more time I could have found a deal. I came back a week later with my mom, mother in law to be and my maid of honor. April was our sales associate and I couldn't have asked for anyone more knowledgeable, kind and helpful! She really made a difference in my whole shopping experience. I'm not an overly feminine woman and she really helped me find a dress that fits my personality. I also purchased a veil and belt at the boutique. They really completed my whole look. I don't think I would have gotten a dress if not for April! Thank you CC's Boutique! I'm looking forward to when the dress arrives in 4 months and beginning alterations. Everything is reasonably priced and the alterations seemed reasonable as well. I'd do it all again if I had the chance!

Before visiting this shop, my mom and I went to two other places without success or a memorable dress/consultant. When we walked into CC's in Tampa, my mom and I were greeted by Shelbie. From that moment, it was the best experience ever. I had so much fun and felt so relaxed. I got to see the entire inventory, and Shelbie was so patient with me. She let me try on as many dresses as I needed (even though her 2nd pull was the dress I chose!!!). She was so awesome with my mom and I throughout the whole experience. She gave us her personal number, and I was able to communicate anything I needed at anytime. I can't say enough great things about her and the shop. She made the whole experience amazing! I'm so happy I got my dress here and got to work with Shelbie. We will definitely be buying bridesmaid dresses here as well! Thank you!!!

Great service and attention to detail. I named my budget and they didn't try to push me over. I also had a tight timeline and they only showed me dresses that could arrive in time without the expedited shipping fee. The thing that differentiated then from others was that they listened when I told them what details I liked on dresses and they Incorporated those elements in to the dresses they showed (ex: corseted bodice, finished edges, lace details)

I loved my experience at CC,s bridal! Marilyn was so knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable. She truly understood exactly what it was I was looking for and brought me the most beautiful dresses to try on. She gave the most wonderful guidance and ultimately helped me pick my dream gown. Not only does this place have a beautiful selection of dresses that are both unique and on trend, the energy here is really great.

My stylist, Brittany, made me and my mom and sister feel welcome right away. As I described the style of dresses I like and my past experiences and concerns, she listened carefully and the dresses she selected reflected just how well she had heard me.

As I fell in love with my dress, others in the shop came over to offer feedback and everyone was very positive. I know it was a sales situation, but it felt genuine and I felt safe.

I can't recommend CCs enough, I had a great experience and I found the dress of my dreams. Thanks Brittany!

Brittany was absolutely amazing!! I went in once and loved a dress but wasn t Able to purchase that day, so I went back a second time and was so welcomed by Brittany and the other staff (horrible with names but they were all awesome!!!). I tried on what I thought was the dress but realized I was not completely comfortable, but Brittany and her helpers were determined to find me something that I was 100% comfortable in and they did!!! Thanks to them, I was able to say YES TO THE DEESS!! I Will recommend everyone to CCs.

CC's bridal came to the rescue when my original dress from another boutique didn't work out. Leary was amazing at helping find options with 8 weeks lead time and Christiana did a beautiful job on the alterations! My new dress was perfect and fit like a glove. Thank you both!

My experience at CC's boutique was absolutely wonderful. I had been to another bridal shop before visiting CC's. I was not happy and very disappointed with the service and selection at that place. I wasn't sure what to expect at CC's but as soon as I walked in the store, I immediately knew I was going to have a better experience here, whether I had found my dress or not. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. Savannah was my "personal shopper." She listened to what I wanted and pulled the exact dresses that I had envisioned myself wearing including, a couple of dresses she thought would look great on me. Needless to say, I found my dress!!! I couldn't be happier. Thank you, CC's and....Thanks a ton, Savannah. You are the best!

What an absolute amazing experience. After a horrible and disappointing appointment at another bridal shop, CCs far surpassed our expectations. Nikki was awesome. She was attentive to my daughter and really listened to her. This shop has a nice selection of sizes and styles. Nikki was kind, knowledgable and professional. Absolutely Amazing!! I went dress shopping this past Saturday at CC's and it was the most fun bridal shopping experience I have had so far. Savannah was my bridal consultant, and she did an amazing job handling my crazy crew that had way too much bubbly. Other consultants I've had told me I looked gorgeous no matter what I put on, I would purposely choose something hideous to see what they would say, and they would rave about how beautiful I looked. Not Savannah, she was very honest and showed me dresses that complimented my figure. I told her I wanted to be "snatched" and she made sure I was. I never realized how important having an experienced and knowledgeable consultant was until now. Savannah knew exactly where and how to put those clamps perfectly so that the dresses looked like they were made for me. Although, Savannah was my consultant, Nikki and Brittany pitched in, and were a blast as well. The entire team at CC's was fun, honest, and very detailed oriented. I said Yes to the dress, but I live in Atlanta and thought it would be easier to order there, there was no pressure to purchase, which I was very happy about. I am sending all my Florida friends to CC's Bridal for their wedding dress!! Hands down best bridal shopping experience!!

0/10 in customer service for the owner Brad Simon. And 0/10 for no response. He never answers emails and appears untrustworthy with his limited response received. Fancy being in business and not responding to business emails! I would recommend trying a reputable dealer instead. As for any online queries you make---tried and tested, you'll never get a response. So don't waste your time or your money because if something goes wrong that is their fault, you'll never get your money back!!!!!!!!!!!

My experience and success on finding my dress at CC's Boutique has everything to do with Marilyn and her patience and help throughout the process. She listened to me and knew what I wanted.

CC's is the best in Tampa! I went to 5 places in Tampa and 2 in Brandon, and none of them compared to CC's. They had much more of a selection and also the dresses seemed to be of higher quality than most places. Marilyn was the best bridal assistant out of anywhere i went. Marilyn is friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about all the dresses and what styles would go best for me. I am so happy i got to work with her. I highly recommend CC's

Brittany was absolutely amazing to work with. She immediately new my style (that I apparently did not) because I ended up picking the most beautiful dress that was originally everything I wasn t looking for! She s truly amazing at her job, so outgoing, fun, sweet and knowledgeable! She gave me time to think, to really enjoy my moment and engaged with my group! My shopping experience was amazing I felt catered to. I felt like a princess. I chose a dress with he mindset that I would get it altered to exactly my vision. I asked if I could get the back lowered a few inches. And also come down in the front a few inches as well. The sales women told me it would not be a problem. That those alterations would not be a problem. She also told me that the alterations would not be any more than $500. With that information I went ahead and purchased my dress. When my dress was ordered there was a few ordering problems. The problems were figured out in a timely manner. When my dress was finally delivered and ready to be tried on I went into CC's and met with the alterations woman. She told me that the alterations that I want it could not be done. She also told me that if I wanted to dress to look that way I should have purchased a different dress. Instead of freaking out I asked her what could be done. She told me that she could drop the back down like I wanted but the front could not be dropped down any more than a half an inch. I told her to go ahead and do it I also told her to take the cups out of the dress. I have now gone and there are seven different times, keep in mind that I live in West Palm Beach and have to make this drive to st. Pete in order to go into cc's, and my dress still isn't done the way I wanted it to be. Every single time I would go in there she would forget something I had said in the previous visit. It took three visits to drop the front down at all. It took five visits to take the cups out of the bust. On my final visit things still weren't done the way I wanted them to be but I took my dress anyway hoping that I could go somewhere else and get it altered the way I want it. Of course the alterations woman that I took it to after that told me that I could absolutely have it the way I wanted it and she doesn't see a reason why it would be a problem she also told me that whoever did my first alterations did a sloppy job and my dress would have probably Fallen apart the day of my wedding. I am so upset because all in all I ended up paying over $700 for these alterations period and CC's doesn't seem to care how I feel about it. If you buy a dress from CC's please do not get it altered there. Take it anywhere else.

I came to the store without an appointment and they did not help me which was fine because they were almost closing however, one of the ladies then proceed to tell me the price range of the dresses in the store in a rude way (kind of as if I could not afford anything anyways). They seem to have a nice selection of dresses. I would visit their other locations.

I've never had a less than excellent experience at CC's. While I didn't end up buying my actual dress there, I had several huge contenders, and the service was the best of any bridal shop I've ever been to. My sister-in-law and another friend have both bought their dresses here, and had great experiences with the alterations process. I always recommend it to friends who are getting married!

If you want the best experience shopping for your wedding dress I would definitely go here! Marilyn was the absolute best to work with and I would request her if it's possible. She picked dresses that were exactly what I was looking for and kept everything in my price range. She knew the inventory and made everything stress free! I ended up saying yes to the perfect dress and I couldn't be happier!

I worked with Marilyn when searching for my wedding day dress and she was beyond sweet, so helpful and even extremely informative of the types of alterations their seamstress could do on my chosen dress. I truly chose the perfect wedding gown for my most special and important day. Although, and to be entirely honest, on my wedding day right at the very beginning of our reception, I looked down and saw a large hole in the lace on the front of my dress right where the seamstress had created a seam. I was slightly embarrassed, especially considering the wedding had just barely started and it was in the very front of my dress. Also, the next layer underneath the lace was a nude color which made the hole more apparent. Obviously knowing the need to carry-on and not let that ruin my day or my moment, I continued about our wedding day dancing the night away. I am very grateful for the options the seamstress had given me to create the exact look I wanted for my big day but at the end of it all, I wish I had not ever had that seam put in to create the more fitted look towards the bottom of my gown. I will be sure to let them know about this mishap as well. All in all, the staff at CC's were very helpful and extremely kind throughout my process as well as the seamstress.

CC's was the first dress place I went to, stepping in without even an idea of what I wanted. Marilyn was my consultant and was absolutely amazing!!! After CC's, I went to 7 other dress places, quickly realizing that Marilyn was by far the most helpful, accommodating, and hands down the best at clipping. Ironically enough, I ended up going back to CC's and purchasing the first dress I had tried on that day. Highly recommend Marilyn! She will start pulling dresses based on things you like/don't like and really listens throughout the whole process!

I just bought my wedding dress here, Marilyn is amazing! This was my first store and I didn't have to keep looking, she made me feel really comfortable with my decision. They have a large selection of dresses at a really good price, if you're on a budget you should definitely go there. My dress originally was $15.000 I found one that looks the same for $1.200. I'm definitely a happy bride!

Had an amazing experience at CC s Tampa. My consultant was Savannah and she was an absolute gem. She listened to what I was looking for and pulled the most amazing dresses. I also highly recommend using their seamstress, Sara for alterations! She did an amazing job and I can t wait to wear my dress on the big day!

Brittany at CCs was an AMAZING bridal consultant. She was my best friends and my bridal consultant and I could not have asked for a better experience. She helped pick some of the most gorgeous dresses and helped make the experience as smooth as possible. CCs has such a great variety of dresses! I absolutely loved shopping here! This was only the second store I had gone to to try on wedding dresses. I knew what dress I wanted walking into the store and Marilyn made sure that I tried on every option that I would also possibly love. She made sure to stay with in my budget. I actually ended up finding the perfect dress that had all the qualities I originally wanted. Marilyn was patient with me when I was not sure about a certain dress and targeting what I wanted different so she could make sure to find the next dress I would love. This store had so many beautiful dresses and Marilyn made it such a fun enjoyable experience for my whole family and me. I felt so comfortable around her. I had been to 9 places and was so overwhelmed. I walked in 20 minutes before they were closing without an appointment, just because I was nearby. Ariana gave me a tour and even let me try on a few dresses without an appointment and right as they were closing. I made an appointment for the next day and Ariana helped me find the perfect dress with exactly what I asked for and within my budget. She was so helpful and made a very stressful search come to an awesome end.

From the stress-free appointment where she picked the most beautiful dresses for me to try, to making sure I had my preservation kit after my big day, she was there every step of the way making everything simple and easy. The dress was was amazing and fit like a glove after CC's altered it to perfection. If I went back in time to do it over again I would 100% choose CC's, definitely the perfect choice for such an important aspect of my wedding day.

Marilyn was our consultant and she did not disappoint! Her level of care and patience as my daughter tried on 10-15 dresses was something I ve never experienced. She never made her feel rushed or like she was difficult to please. Once we narrowed down our selection to 3 dresses Marilyn helped my daughter get in and out of the same 2-3 dresses until she picked The Dress! A wonderful experience and the other bridal shops we went to afterwards could not compare.

I had the best experience at CC's Bridal! Savannah was my consultant and she was amazing! I had two appointments. During the first appointment, she was so sweet and knew what to ask me even though I couldn't articulate what I liked and didn't like. When I came back for my second appointment, I of course requested Savannah without hesitation.
I tried on a couple dresses again from the first appointment and knew that I found the dress. She handled my family's different personalities with ease. I honestly had such a fantastic experience picking out my dress and will recommend CC's and Savannah to everyone!

I went to CC s Bridal on W Kennedy in Tampa with my entourage of bridesmaids and my mom. We had THE BEST time and my consultant Nikki was amazing! She could tell exactly what my vision was and found me the PERFECT wedding gown. It was the first dress I tried on that day and after trying on the others, I got back into it, Nikki put a gorgeous veil on my head and I started to cry...twice. I felt so beautiful and so bridal. I even received a hand written card in the mail from Nikki/CC s congratulating me on finding my gown. I highly recommend shopping at CC s!

Marilyn is the greatest gift that any bride could ask for! Going into CC s (Tampa), alls I knew was that they made beautiful dresses and that I really wanted my perfect dress to be from them. I had only looked briefly online at a specific designer and had a few styles in mind.
When I got to CC s, I was greeted warmly by the staff. Marilyn came around the corner and told me she would be working with me and gave me a little insight to her background experience. She is extremely impressive. She knows every single dress they have in their inventory by name, code & can tell you a dress just off of how it looks! By this time I was slightly overwhelmed & nervous, but Marilyn wrote down the designs I had looked at online and brought back an array of dresses. Marilyn worked with my body structure, while keeping in mind the style I preferred. The last dress I tried on was the one and it was priced under my budget!
I did not purchase the dress day of, because I needed to sleep on the idea of the dress to ensure this was in-fact the one. Marilyn did not even stress this! She took my measurements and ensured me that if I decided to come back and purchase the dress that she had the measurements, so ordering the dress would be a breeze. Monday afternoon I came back, purchased my dress and I can not wait for it to arrive! Thanks to all of the staff & the help of Marilyn at CC s Boutique Tampa, all the stress of finding that perfect dress has subsided.

I would highly recommend CC's Bridal in Tampa. My consultant was Brittany and she was absolutely amazing. Super nice person and extremely helpful. She is patient and very personable. She gave great advise and went out of her way to help me decide between two dresses. My family also loved her.

I had an amazing experience shopping for my bridal gown at CC s Bridal Boutique in St. Pete. I am a plus size bride and had gone to MANY other bridal stores looking for the perfect gown. I had even traveled to Orlando to shop and was thinking about flying out of state to find the perfect gown. My experience at these other stores was awful. The bridal consultants, if you would call them that, were not very eager to help. I was lucky if they had a dress for me to try on. I was starting to hate wedding dress shopping. As soon as I walked into CC s Bridal Boutique I felt comfortable and confident that I would find my dream gown. My consultant listened to what I was looking for and found dresses for me to try on. The dress I ended up falling in love with unfortunately was in a very small size. That was not a problem for my consultant. She was able to use the sash to tie the dress to the front of me and accessorize so I felt like I was wearing the dress. Looking at the pictures, people couldn t even tell that I was not wearing the dress. I felt so comfortable that it was my dream dress I ordered it that day. I loved my dress and couldn t be happier that I found it at CC s!

Well the time came to go to CCs to find the perfect dress for our special day. I can not rave more about Brittany and the quality service, care, consideration, and compassion shown by she and her fellow staff members. She listened to exactly what my desires were and let me tell you, there were many. She was so patient and made me feel like I was the star of the show. Brittany made me feel like we were best friends and created memories I will care for and hold with me for forever. Most importantly she was patient, listened to my mom and let her take control when she would step in. My mother and I are very close and I couldn t have asked for more from Brittany during this time. If you are looking for the perfect consultant to help you find your perfect dress, Brittany is your girl!

loved shopping for my gown at CC's when it was in International Mall. I came in with my mother randomly while visiting from out of Town saw that they had a gown I tried on out of state. I wanted to show my mother the dress, since I couldn't find it locally. The saleswoman allowed me to try it on quickly, and we set up a follow up appointment for two days later since my mom was traveling. I came in on a Sunday with my mom and a friend, and we were treated so courteously. I loved that Lenore, the specialist I worked with, really listened to me as far as the style of gown I wanted. Most of all, she stuck within the budget. Other stores tried to sell me gowns that were hundreds to thousands of dollars more than the budget, but Lenore stuck to ours.

We ended up purchasing the first gown I tried on at CC's (probably the 20th gown I tried on overall). Lenore knew exactly what I wanted and brought out a dramatic mermaid gown that was as grand as a ballgown but had the mermaid look I was going for. She also didn't pressure me to buy anything else at that moment, and she was so supportive.

The CC's ladies were awesome to work with, and I can't wait to pick up my gown in 2 months!

CC s Bridal in Tampa made my dress shopping experience the best. I saw this dress on the rack that was way to small for me to try on but Savannah insisted we try it. After figuring out it would not go over my hips we moved in to try other dresses. At the end of the appointment Savannah asked if I wanted to try and put the dress over my head. Her manager came in and helped make it fit perfectly and as soon as I turned around in the mirror I knew it was my dress. Savannah and her manager made my wedding dress dreams come true! I couldn t have asked for a better dress consultant. This shop was truly amazing. Thank you Savannah for all of your help!

Savannah was absolutely amazing!! After many attempts to find my dream dress she brought out one that had every single detail I was looking for. I have my initial try on and inspection this weekend but so far have nothing but great things to say about CC s Tampa and Savannah!

I said yes to the dress in Dec 2018 at this boutique! Savannah was extremely helpful and was amazing at asking all of the right questions. She made the experience a fun experience which was something that I didn't have at other boutiques. I'm a pretty indecisive person so it was great to have Savannah there to help guide me to my perfect dress!

This place is amazing!! I worked with Victoria and she just made the expirencd for me! From the second we started the appointment she was really paying attention to everything I liked and didn t like in a dress and made sure she pulled everything that she knew I would love. She let me go in the back with her without question to look at dresses myself to see if their was anything that stood out for me and I m so happy she took the time to let me feel included in my appointment. Well fast forward two hours later after trying on so many beautiful dresses she helped me personalize the one for me! We added veils and belts and a poofy skirt to give my dress everything I needed to call it mine and it brought this bride to happy tears! Not to mention we had to come back before ordering so my dad could see the dress and I made sure to work with her again! She not only remembered me personally but remembered all of the things we talked about at my first appointment and asked me how things were going and so on. She gave me her personal phone number so if I ever needed anything I could always call/text her. She is the very reason that I found my dream gown and I am so happy I got the chance to work with her!! Definitely go to CC s and work with victoria!!

Marilyn at CC s Boutique was the best bridal consultant I encountered throughout my search for the perfect wedding gown for me. She was kind, patient, creative, and communicative. I was not excited to shop for a gown because I didn t think I looked like a beautiful bride and she helped me find a few gowns I felt pretty in (Allure designer specifically). I highly recommend that anyone looking for their wedding dress make an appt and specifically ask for her.

I also had several of my bridesmaids order their dresses from CC s in St. Pete. We were told that the due date to order the dresses was 9/1/18 and I received a phone call about 4 MONTHS after the deadline stating that they were waiting on one of the bridesmaids to order before they ordered the dresses. That bridesmaid had already purchased her dress from a store close to her. This was a very scary phone call to receive 60 days before my wedding and I still don t understand why they didn t call me on 9/1/18 about this if that was the deadline. Long story short the dresses came in before my wedding but I didn t appreciate the added concerns and several of the bridesmaids had planned on taking their dresses to get hemmed by relatives over winter break and weren t able to do so because they hadn t come in, and CC s was not willing to offer free hemming. When the last bridesmaid dress came in she saw a sign at CC s saying they aren t selling bridesmaids dresses anymore, but I thought people should still know about this experience so they can make sure their wedding dress is in fact ordered on time.

Not the best experience for a first time bride. I'm not happy and quite disappointed. At the risk of sounding dramatic, the experience has been ruined for me.

I purchased my wedding gown from here. The day I went in and started looking at gowns the woman who helped me was amazing. She was so patient and helpful. I finally put on my dress. With some alterations I knew I would be happy with it. One of the things I wanted to do was lower the back of the dress and I was told that it would be simple. It could be done with that dress and it would be fine. So I purchased the dress and once it came in I took it to 4 different professional seamstress and was told by all of them that with the way that dress was structured it would not be possible to lower the back and maintain the beauty of the dress. I wish they would have been honest with me in the beginning because I would have chosen a different dress. It was the one thing I wanted in a dress. It's s huge part of your wedding and you should be able to have it the way you want it and not have to settle for something else because someone wanted to make a sale.

CC's Bridal truly made my wedding dress shopping an experience I will be forever grateful for! I went to two other bridal shops before coming to CC's bridal and the experience I received at CC's far outweighs the other two shops by a long shot! Not only was the shop beautiful to look at and super clean, my consultant, Savannah, was FANTASTIC! After a brief discussion I truly felt like she understood my style and how I wanted to feel in my wedding dress and the best part was she offered real advice on how I looked in the dresses I tried on which was a nice change from the other shops. I bought my dress from CC's the other week and had a great experience! My consultant, Savannah, was wonderful to work with. After describing what I liked to her, the first dress she pulled out for me was 'the one'! She was helpful and not at all pushy, and could tell she just wanted me to be happy with my decision. I was between 2 dresses - one at CC's and one elsewhere. Happy I went with this dress and can't wait to wear it!

CC's Bridal Tampa was the last stop on my 3 appointment wedding dress shopping trip. My consultant was Nikki and she was so incredibly friendly and helpful! She listened to what I wanted in a dress and put me in the most beautiful Essence of Australia dress that I fell in love with! If you have an appointment, request Nikki! She is super great and actually listens to the features you are asking for in a wedding dress! I can't wait to try my dress on when it comes in!

Marlyn was absolutely amazing from the time we got started till the end she helped me every step of the way !! She never rushed me and put a variety of dresses on me all while listening to what I wanted !! My apointment was only supposed to last 90 min but three hours later I was finally purchasing an amazing dress thanks to marlyn !! Can t reccomend her enough

Johanna was my consultant. I told her my max was $1200. She did not go a penny over !! She knew I loved the show Say Yes To The Dress. She made feel like I was on the show. I tried on around 15 dresses there and she stayed patient with me and brought me the most perfect dress. When she and I both knew it was the one she asked me if I was saying yes to the dress. Best feeling in my life. I went to David's Bridal on Kennedy in Tampa and it was a horrible experience. I would recommend that CC'S bridal is the best place to go. They are perfect and have an enormous selection and great people work there.

I could not have asked for a better dress shopping experience. The attendant who helped me was so friendly and fun, and she made me feel 0% pressure for purchasing a dress on the visit. She was also incredible at finding dresses that fit what I was looking for, would look good on me, and were within my budget. It was as if she could read my mind!!! There were so many great options, and she was a big help in navigating. I should also mention that I had several guests with me (5 close family and bridal party friends). CCs had fitting rooms big enough for everyone to fit, and they were very warm and welcoming. I also have two close friends that have since gotten their dresses from CCs. Thanks for helping me find the perfect dress for my day!

I had a wonderful experience at CC s! I went to another bridal shop right before I had my appointment at CC s and I didn t see a single dress that gave that WOW! Reaction I was looking for. I found a wedding dress here on my FIRST TRY because of how incredible both Marilyn, my consultant, and the selection were. First of all, the second I walked into this place I felt like the most important person who ever existed. They were so warm, welcoming, and excited for me that I immediately felt good about getting started. Then, I was paired with Marilyn, who was an absolute angel. I - and I can't stress this enough - am incredibly indecisive. I told her what I wanted but I was still expecting it to be a lot of work. This woman brought me a varied, but concise selection of the most SPOT ON choices. Like she was in my brain. Oh, and she stayed within my budget. And she made it fun! With experiences like this, you're really hoping you're in the hands of a seasoned & knowledgeable professional, and she certainly is. Needless to say, I can't recommend her or this place enough if you want to find your dream dress.
