Thank you CC's. I will always appreciate the level of professionalism from you and your associates. Not only did you spend hours apon hours with my bestie helping her with whatever her heart desired, but you saved me from catastrophe as well. I left my phone at your store and I was leaving for two weeks on a plane fight the next day. There was no way I'd make it to your store by the time it closed. So I asked you if you could leave it under your door mat. Not only were you so pleasant and concerned on the phone with me, but you also double wrapped my phone so it would get damaged or dirty. Good customer service is really hard to find. But you have it mastered. No other bridal store put in the time or effort with my girlfriend, trying to find her the best wedding dress possible. And we went to quite a few places. I just wanted to say thank you for everything!
