CBS Butler Review

I started at CBSbutler two and half years ago and have thoroughly enjoyed every minute. There s a great sense of camaraderie in the office and laughter can always be heard. CBSbutler staff take part in a variety of Charity events and fundraisers, these have included the London to Paris Bike Ride, Sponsored Walks, Easter Egg Raffles and Cake sales as well as general donations, all largely supported by the Directors.
The salary is competitive and there is an opportunity to earn additional bonus via Objectives and an Appraisal scheme. Regular Competitions and Awards are given out to staff too. My work is varied and interesting and I am continually learning more about the Recruitment Industry. On the whole a fantastic place to work, I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I had a good experience with CBS with Chris who helped me find a great opportunity in 2015. They followed up throughout the application and made the whole process straight forward.

I have been working at CBSbutler for over a year, it's the best move I made. The business works with a global client base, many of whom we've worked with for decades. The Management Team genuinely care and actively support all staff in their career aspirations, fostering learning and personal growth throughout. The business has a fantastic recognition and reward program in place for both Sales and Support Staff. There are regular communication events and all employees are encouraged to share their opinions and ideas. This is a company that strives to ensure a quality outcome in all that it does.

To sum CBSbutler up with one word would be OPPORTUNITY. I've worked for CBSbutler most of my adult life. They make significant investments in staff development with internal and external training programmes and career promotion of existing staff. Starting as an assistant and now managing my department I have experienced first-hand promotions and college based learning courses. I have been offered many rewards and awards for my hard work and taken advantage of the on-site gym facility and regular social events such as meals, race days , boat trips and November firework displays! I feel I am a valued and an important member of the CBSbutler team.

While these selfish people were busy securing someone else the job I FIRST applied for, I kept chasing them up. Finally, I received a response from them that they filled the role. They were completely not bothered that I lost the job. All that mattered to them was they got their hands on the dirty commission. They are only interested in meeting their client's needs. Whether you suffer due to unemployment means nothing to them. CBS are not worthy your time.

Dealt with CBS Butler over the last few weeks and overall it has been a pretty disappointing experience.

At the start, admittedly, i was hard to get hold of due to being on holiday, which lead to a telephone interview being rescheduled on a few occassions. Since then I have tried to organize said interview to no avail.

I emailed the consultant dealing with me to ask for a job spec prior to the interview and wasn't even graced with a reply. To add insult to injury, I then emailed to say the company had missed the slot for the interview and was once again ignored?

Unacceptable.

CBSbulter team has wasted my 1.5 months with false commitments. They have issued a contract which has never started. I've spoken to client also and their statement was different than CBS team. CBS were giving me false assurance. I am filling a court case against them. If you feel the same, then please contact me. HOPE OTHER PERSON WILL NOT GET INTO THIS TRAP.

Very unprofessional, and think that might even have they re own agenda with which persons should take jobs. I have been involved in a couple of recruitment processes and it looks like they are asking people to register just to show some employers that they have a big data base.
I worked as a biomedical engineer, for 6 years now and they had some good jobs in the industry. After discussions with them an interview appointments they just haven t response any of they re phones or emails, just to get few months later an email that the position was filled.

I have just returned to CBSbutler for the third time so obviously they are doing something right! Great place to work and the staff development is second to none. There are lots of opportunities for improvement, training and mentoring and this is very much endorsed by top management. There s a real sense of teamwork and positivity, plus a great atmosphere in the office. There is a strong emphasis on success, not just for the company but for individuals, all successes are shared and rewarded.

Having worked at CBSbutler for a total of 11 out of the last 22 years I have seen the company grow and improve considerably, the high energy levels have been maintained and morale remains very high. Suffice it to say I would highly recommend CBSbutler as a place to work.

CBSbutler is a great place to work, no two days are ever the same. With its competitive and fast paced environment you really have the opportunity to grow and develop. I really enjoy being part of a company that helps people get jobs. The management team genuinely care about the advancement of it's employees, and they have a very clear and defined career path. CBSbutler allows you to have an amazing work life balance, especially great if you have a young family. I have so far found CBSbutler a very rewarding place to work; it's positive company culture provides me with great job satisfaction on a daily basis. With a great pay and benefits structure they really know how to incentivise their staff.

Lost out on a dream job due to appalling service. Would avoid at all costs, extremely lazy staff who are just as unhelpful when they do their job.

Started work as a Controls Engineer in Oil & Gas sector Contract in 1990! Liked the company and professionalism so much I moved over to Agency side and worked as a Recruitment Consultant. Dream job until the company sold in 2017 and the Psychopathic, Lying new owner took over, refused to pay me then sacked me (illegally) whilst off work with GP note after 22 years loyal service. Rebadged as 360 Staffing - Underhand Crook!
Any dealings you have with this crook I wish you well. Glad I'm out from the negative environment.
