CBRE have managed our property for about 8 years and they have always been great. Good communication and they always find us good tenants and manage them well. They organise any repairs etc quickly and efficiently. We live overseas so a good service is really reassuring to us. We have used Alex Myles at CBRE for many years for the letting of our apartments in the City and have found him very proactive and professional. He has always managed to find us corporate tenants fairly quickly and have advised us well on the level of rent we could achieve for our apartments. I would not hesitate to recommend his services to any landlords with apartments to let in the City.

Unfortunately we experienced very bad service with CBRE. After we signed the tenancy agreement and paid the deposit, we were left alone and had to chase the agent Jovita and the property manager Charley for everything. We moved in one week ago and they still have not activated Switch2 hot water, so we haven t had a hot shower for a week now. Still trying to get hold on anybody in CBRE to try to solve this problem but apparently they are working from home so nobody is replying to emails or picking up our calls. All in all very disappointing service.

Let s see how many months we need to wait until we can live like humans again.

This company does not respond to enquiries, does not reply to emails, does not answer the phone, does not phone back and advertise properties that aren't available.

If you check out the Trust Pilot reviews you will see how bad this company really is.

It was a good cooperation with them.When some problems occured from the landlord side they helped me and made things mive forward swiftly.

I feel CBRE is the best agent in this Canary Wharf. I have view 4 flats with 4 different agents. Daniel (CBRE agent) helps to make the deal done. I am really impressed with the services provided by DARRELL RABESS. Had a good experience with him at BSW reception. We are very particular about directions a property must face in and internal directions of all the rooms. Emily Baker is the property manager of my flat and she s been great. She gets everything sorted in time and even if she is busy with more urgent enquiries she still has the time to email me back that she received my enquiry and she will get back to me asap. Is very hard to get someone in Property Management, in general, not to ignore your email. But Emily is always there. So professional! Thank you!

I recently let out an apartment ( managed let) through CBRE Canary Wharf. Was extremely pleased with the level of service and professionalism shown by CBRE and particularly by Edward & Samuel . Patient, proactive, always available on phone and prompt responses on email. Advise was always upfront and useful to all my queries. With this level of service, I would recommend CBRE service to any individual or company.

We trusted CBRE with letting our property, they duly "found" a tenant ( someone known to them was the expression they used). That's where the problems started....contractors allowed into our property without prior consultation or permissions before the tenancy commenced.....7 attempts at writing an inventory after the tenants had redecorated....when you dare to raise your head over the parapet and complain about this you are treated as though you are the problem....at least 4 different people have "managed" our property since February 2015....even though we were told we would have one designated person to deal with.... an auspicious start to what should have been a professional relationship. Tenant eventually left, CBRE organised for property to be cleaned. I returned only to find urine stains on the floor in the house bathroom. I get the feeling from my dealing with staff at CBRE that I was being fussy about finding urine stains on a tiled floor, in a room that had been cleaned. New agent, new tenants but I am having to pay for a professional clean!!

I'm a landlord that rented my property with CBRE. The sales process went well but after the tenant left, it took CBRE 3 months to return the deposit to my tenant (minus a few deductions that were to come to me). I was double charged for a check out report and never got refunded for this error on their part (despite asking many many times). I'll never work with CBRE again based on this experience and would strongly advise tenants against it too.

I have used CBRE before so had positive expectations. Daniel (CBRE agent) has continued and (so far) exceeded those expectations. I have been a buyer and a seller through CBRE. I just hope, come the day, that the renting side of the business will be just as good an experience for me. If the renting side has someone as hardworking and helpful as Daniel I m sure I will.

We bought a run down property via Darren and Daniel. At the time the neglected house was sublet and managed by CBRE (Emily Taylor). I have been promised a professional cleaning and repairs mentioned in the contract. But after I received a key, I found that the property dirty with numerous unwanted items and cigarette butts inside and outside the property. Most of repairs have not been done. When I contacted Darren about the unfinished job, he promised to come back and then simply ignored me when I followed up again. If you buy and rent out any property via CBRE, please be extra careful with their empty promises.

I have been dealing with Daniel Mann s and Darren Gibbinson on the recent sale of my property in canary wharf. Nothing but good things to say about CBRE and especially Edward Bonsu who helped secure a residential flat for me while I am in London for about 6 months. He was responsive and helped make the process go very smoothly, while I was in the US. The flat is in the Canary wharf area and has fit my needs and specifications well. Edward was very helpful with all the details. I return to the US soon and will return to London in 2017 and hope to use CBRE and Edward again then. I highly recommend them.
