CB Directs installer was great. He was here every day to install our 12 GPS devices and found an issue with one of the wiring harnesses that was for our large truck. We were able to get the correct cable within the 3 days he was with us. Thanks again.
This company is a fraudulent excuse for a installation group. They wont do any type of quality work, I have first hand video to show anyone who wants it. They will not pay me my money they owe me. I'm literally having to file a lawjust to make sure one way or the other there gonna pay the money. To cb direct I think you need to pay me my money or be prepared for knock out drag out court battles. Your name will be tainted with poor quality install videos and the 30 or so people I have to speak on my behalf will make everything public if my money is not sent to me pronto... either way because of the trouble YouTube will collect several videos of the pitiful excuse u call work
I have called your office multiple times today because your tech was a no call no show to install our equipment (this is the second time this has happened). You were suppose to have installed the equipment at 9AM it's now 12:24 and your tech just walked in my door. I keep getting Domenic, who kept giving me a false ETA. Keep in mind we are paying our guys hourly to wait around on your technicians. When I asked for his manager or someone else he REFUSED to allow me to speak to anyone else telling me flat out I was speaking to a manager and he would not be allowing me to speak to anyone else, and then he became insulting. NEVER in my life have I ever known such RUDE customer service, telling me how your company did 1000 plus installs a week, in order to make our account seem small. I will be making a complaint with Fleetmatics, and I will make sure that I turn my experience with your company into a review on every single media outlet/ search engine I can find!
