I have called your office multiple times today because your tech was a no call no show to install our equipment (this is the second time this has happened). You were suppose to have installed the equipment at 9AM it's now 12:24 and your tech just walked in my door. I keep getting Domenic, who kept giving me a false ETA. Keep in mind we are paying our guys hourly to wait around on your technicians. When I asked for his manager or someone else he REFUSED to allow me to speak to anyone else telling me flat out I was speaking to a manager and he would not be allowing me to speak to anyone else, and then he became insulting. NEVER in my life have I ever known such RUDE customer service, telling me how your company did 1000 plus installs a week, in order to make our account seem small. I will be making a complaint with Fleetmatics, and I will make sure that I turn my experience with your company into a review on every single media outlet/ search engine I can find!
